The display device includes a first layer and a second layer over the first layer; the first layer includes first circuits arranged in m rows and n columns; the second layer includes pixel blocks arranged in the m rows and the n columns; the pixel blocks each comprise pixels arranged in a rows and b columns; the pixel block includes a first wiring and a second wiring electrically connected to the pixel; the first wiring and the second wiring included in the pixel block in the i-th row and the j-th column are each electrically connected to the first circuit in the i-th row and the j-th column; the first wiring has a function of supplying an input signal from the first circuit to the pixel; and the second wiring has a function of supplying an output signal from the pixel to the first circuit.

摘要: A low-power display device is provided. The display device is provided with a plurality of display portions. A data driver circuit and an addition circuit are provided to have a region overlapping with the display portion. First analog data is output from the data driver circuit in the case where first digital data consisting of a first digital value is input to the data driver circuit, whereas second analog data is output from the data driver circuit in the case where second digital data consisting of a second digital value is input to the data driver circuit. The addition circuit generates analog data corresponding to digital data that has a high-order bit that is the first digital value and a low-order bit that is the second digital value, by adding the second analog data to the first analog data. An output terminal of the data driver circuit is directly connected to an input terminal of the addition circuit without through an amplifier circuit.

摘要: An imaging device capable of image processing is provided. The imaging device can retain analog data (image data) obtained by an image-capturing operation in a pixel and perform a product-sum operation of the analog data and a predetermined weight coefficient in the pixel to convert the data into binary data. When the binary data is taken in a neural network or the like, processing such as image recognition can be performed. Since enormous volumes of image data can be retained in pixels in the state of analog data, processing can be performed efficiently.

摘要: A semiconductor device in which the accuracy of arithmetic operation is increased by correction of the threshold voltage of a transistor can be provided. The semiconductor device includes first and second current supply circuits, and the second current supply circuit has the same configuration as the first current supply circuit. The first current supply circuit includes first and second transistors, a first capacitor, and first to third nodes. A first terminal of the first transistor is electrically connected to the first node, and a back gate of the first transistor is electrically connected to a first terminal of the second transistor and a first terminal of the first capacitor. A gate of the first transistor is electrically connected to the second node, and a second terminal of the first capacitor is electrically connected to a second terminal of the first transistor. The first node of the first current supply circuit is electrically connected to a second node of each of the first and second current supply circuits. The threshold voltage of the first transistor is corrected by writing a correction voltage to the back gate of the first transistor.

摘要: To achieve versatility, a driver IC has a function of generating an analog data signal from an image signal input from the outside; a function of outputting the analog data signal from an output pin; and a function of setting the analog data signal as a data signal for alternating-current driving or for direct-current driving, in accordance with data of a digital signal input from the outside. For example, the driver IC can output data signals for alternating-current driving from output pins in odd-numbered columns and data signals for direct-current driving from output pins in even-numbered columns. 摘要: A command sequence is restarted from the middle even when supply of power supply voltage to an internal circuit in a wireless tag is temporarily stopped (a power flicker occurs). A register or a cache memory included in a signal processing circuit in the wireless tag continues to retain data even after the supply of power supply voltage is stopped. After the power flicker occurs, the signal processing circuit in the wireless tag is returned to the state before the supply of power supply voltage is stopped and can restart signal processing. Consequently, the command sequence can be restarted from the middle.
