The determined second visual properties of the one or more other frames are controlled in accordance with the determined first visual properties of the one or more frames to enable a smooth transition.

    摘要: A high definition surveillance video storage optimization system executes purging directives according to policy and retention meta data. Segments of video are purged from storage when thresholds of retention metrics are applied and when policy permits. Retention metrics are determined from acoustic sound energy, radiation energy, access control events, and movement. Policies reflect calendars and elapsed time, percentage of available storage, statutory and judicial mandates, and utility of the stored segments. Extrinsic sensor data and operations are recorded into non-transitory retention meta data stores. Metrics are transformed into retention flags at either time of recordation or time of purgation. Security file storage includes metadata about the environment acquired by sensors include doors, audio noise, object identification and tracking and inputs which influence retention or purging. A circuit filters for motion and stores metadata per segment. Meta data enables content based purging of least consequential files.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for IP switching/routing SDI format image signal through bandwidth splitting and reduction, more specifically, which decomposes image signals consisting of YCbCr type color format entered with serial digital interface (SDI) into Y (luminance) component and C (chrominance) component, or multiple bit slice components; converts the components into IP packets and performs switching and/or routing of the IP packets; extracts Y component and C component or multiple bit slice components from the switched or routed IP packets; and combines the components into SDI format image signal and outputs the combined SDI format image signal. In addition, the present invention provides an apparatus switching/routing image signals through grid based networking, in which broadband switching or routing is performed with multiple narrow band switches or routers by switching or routing image signals through bandwidth splitting and reduction.

    摘要: Provided is a display method of displaying, on a display device, video of video data where luminance of video is defined by a first EOTF corresponding to HDR. The method includes: acquiring the video data; performing first conversion where the luminance of the video is converted to a luminance corresponding to a dynamic range of a third EOTF, where, with regard to a second EOTF that is part of the first EOTF and is the part of a luminance range where the peak luminance indicated by the peak luminance information included in the acquired video data is maximum luminance, the dynamic range of luminance of the second EOTF is reduced with maximum luminance of the second EOTF matching displayable luminance of the display device, while maintaining the relative relationship of luminance of the second EOTF; and displaying the video on the display device using the result of the first conversion.
