An aerosol dispensing system for dispensing stored material in a spray, comprising a container, a conduit, a first adjustment system, and a second adjustment system. The container defines a chamber containing the stored material and pressurized material. The conduit defines a conduit passageway having a conduit inlet and a conduit outlet. The conduit inlet is arranged within the chamber and the conduit outlet is arranged outside of the chamber. The first adjustment system arranged to vary a flow of stored material along the conduit passageway. The first adjustment system is arranged between the conduit inlet and the conduit outlet. A second adjustment system arranged to vary the flow of stored material along the conduit passageway. The second adjustment system is arranged between the first adjustment system and the conduit outlet.

A nozzle assembly for use with a paint sprayer that includes a reservoir configured to store a supply of liquid and a pump operable to draw liquid from the reservoir. The nozzle assembly includes a nozzle configured to receive liquid under pressure from the pump and operable to spray the liquid onto a surface, and a nozzle closure device that is movable between an open position, in which liquid is sprayed out of the nozzle generally unimpinged, and a closed position, in which the nozzle closure device covers the nozzle. The nozzle closure device is moved from the closed position to the open position by a force other than the liquid under pressure from the pump.

A valve element (134) is disposed within the body portion (108). It includes a port (136) pivotable between an open position and a closed position. The open position allows fluid flow and the closed position restricts fluid flow. A pivot axle (110) connects to the valve element (134) and extends from the inner surface (124) of the body (108) to the outer surface. A lever (112) includes a first distal end (148) portion and a first proximal end portion (146). The first distal end portion (148) rigidly connects to and extends from the axle (110). A rigid handle (114) has a second distal end portion (152) and a second proximal end portion (154). The second distal end portion (152) of the handle (114) is pivotably connected to the first proximal end portion (146) of the lever (112).

The present disclosure relates to a particulate feeding apparatus for applying particulate, such as super-absorbent materials, to a substrate, such as a fibrous web. The apparatus may include a feeder tube for the powder and a rotary gate valve, including one or more holes, which may then intermittently feed particulate to an eductor or venturi nozzle which is located in an air stream. The rotary valve provides an intermittent supply of particulate to a relatively low pressure zone at the nozzle formed by the venturi action of the passing air stream and the particulate may be distributed precisely where desired. A process for delivering powder to a substrate in precise amounts and distribution patterns is also disclosed.

A two component spray gun with low/high flow rates allows the operator to spray in confined areas at lower flow without having to change the mix module. The lower flow reduces undesirable "spray back" and will also help reduce material waste. Pneumatic piston 12 travel, which determines on/off fluid flow, can be selected on the fly to either close the fluid ports 14 which stops fluid flow, partially open the fluid ports 14 which limits fluid flow, or to fully open the fluid ports 14 to allow for maximum flow. Pneumatic piston 12 travel can be limited by means of a simple multi-position mechanical stop plunger 16. The stop bar 22 can be connected to a knob 18 or other operator input and turned or adjusted to the desired position

Adjustable nozzles are disclosed. Nozzles of the present invention include an adjustable component (26,126, 226, 326) for controlling the water flow through the nozzle. Instead of disassembling the nozzle, a tool may be used to adjust the adjustable component. For example, the adjustable component may be adjusted longitudinally with respect to the axis of the nozzle or rotationally using the tool, thereby increasing or decreasing the volume, velocity and distance of the water stream exiting the nozzle.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Auslaufmundstück (1), das an einer Auslauf armatur oder dergleichen Auslaufende einer sanitären Wasserleitung befestigbar ist und eine Ventilemheit (3) aufweist, die zwischen einer die Wasserleitung verschließenden Sperrposition und einer die Wasserleitung freigebenden Offenposition bewegbar ist, wobei im Auslaufmundstück (1) zumindest eine Strahlregler-Emheit mit Strahlzerleger, Homogemsiereinrichtung und/oder Strömungsgleichπchter, eine Brause-Einheit oder dergleichen Strahlformer vorgesehen ist. Das erfindungsgemäße Auslaufmundstück (1) zeichnet sich durch seinen geringen Platz- und Herstellungsaufwand aus (vgl. Fig. 2).
