Abstract:
Described is a panel (1) for making structures used for salt therapy, characterised in that it comprises a plurality of structural elements (2), supporting means (3) connected to the structural elements (2) and designed for locking them in a predetermined reciprocal position, each structural element (2) having an active surface (2a) and comprising a coating of salt (4) positioned on the active surface (2a).
Abstract:
An interlocking block (1) featuring convex shaped end (2) and concave shaped end (3), consisting of an offset stud or peg (5) on the upper surface which engages variously with channel (7) and slots (8a) and (8b) of the underside of another interlocking block; whereupon a number of blocks repeatedly engage as required forming a plurality of interlocking blocks which create straight or curvilinear horizontal forms and when connected one on top of the other in a stretcher bond style, or laid on their sides, build a traditional vertical, or variable terraced, or staggered offset wall, or combination of both to create an embankment retaining structure, or block paving.
Abstract:
A variable-geometry modular structure is described, made of a metallic or plastic alloy, particularly for buildings, comprising at least one modular element, also with variable-geometry, with an honey-comb structure, subjected to be joined to different modular components to obtain different embodiments; the modular element is made of plastic material and has a series of passages in which vacuum is created when manufacturing, through molding or extrusion, the modular element itself; the above modular element is a structural element and has at the same time insulating characteristics. The external surfaces of the modular element have a series of recesses and ribs, shaped as a dovetail, that allow mutually joining two or more elements; such modular elements can further be butt- joined by using male and female posts arranged next to the passages. The modular element is joined to a panel which has a substantially smooth external surface adapted to be assembled at view or a corrugated external surface, which is used for applying plaster or other finishing elements, such as any type photovoltaic panels or tiles.
Abstract:
Precision shaped masonry blocks each have four rabbets. The blocks are joined by toothed elements (42) of inserting element (4) that are inserted into two parallel rabbets on the upper touching surface. The inserting elements are subjects to only axial forces. The rabbets of upper block rows are placed on smooth parts (41) of the inserting element (4) which protrude from the lower block rows. A tool (6) is used to align the blocks. When the blocks are in position they are fixed by pressing the toothed parts (42) of the inserting element (4) in the rabbets (14), (24) and (34) on the frontal contact point of the blocks. On the straight part of the wall, basic blocks (1) are used. On the angular part of the wall or on the intersection of several wall the angular blocks (2) are used. These have built in cylinders (25) which serve as formwork for vertical pillars. On the floor level trough-like block (3) and (3') are used for formong horizontal armoured concrete girders.
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention of the present application provides a System of brick and rod (4, 5A, 5B) for the construction of walls with high resistance to extreme gravitational, lateral, and cyclic forces. This system allows the construction of a wall made of bricks reinforced with a skeleton of rods (4, 5A, 5B). The brick of this system is a rectangular block with horizontal (1 ) and vertical protuberances (3) and cavities (2) which permits horizontal and vertical interlocks with the adjacent bricks of the wall. The brick is also perforated by holes (15) which are aligned with the holes (15) of the vertically adjacent bricks of the wall, thus forming a continuous vertical hole (15) that goes throughout the entire height of the wall. The rod (4, 5A, 5B) of the system crosses the bricks through the continuous hole (15) of the wall.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a shaped element for use in a building construction and to a building construction erected using said shaped element. The aim of the invention is to produce a building construction which is simple and economical to erect and which can be taken down easily. To this end, the shaped element (2) has a connecting structure (19) which can be connected to a counter-structure (20) configured in a connecting area of another shaped element (2) with a positive fit. The shaped elements (2) can be interconnected with a positive fit in order to erect at least parts of the building construction using said shaped elements (2). Cavities (18) in the shaped elements (2) can be filled e.g. with water in order to improve the static of the building construction.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A building block (100) comprises a panel member (110) which has a forward panel surface (112) and a rearward panel surface (114). Aperipheral skirt (122) extends rearward from the rearward panel surface (114) and defines a receptacle. An interconnection means (132,134), which is adapted for making sidewise locked interconnection with an adjacent building block having a complementary or counterpart interconnection means (132,134), is formed on the peripheral skirt (122). The interconnection means (132,134) is a female member (134) or a male member (132) complementary to the female member (134). The female member (134) is shaped to permit the male member (132) of the adjacent building block to enter into sidewise locked interconnection by entering at the free end of the peripheral skirt (122), to move toward the forward panel surface (112), and to stop before reaching the forward panel surface (112). It has simple structure, high strength, and is easy to manufacture and install.
