A rotisserie oven includes a cooking chamber and a rotor within the cooking chamber. A heating system heats the cooking chamber. A light assembly includes a light source located in a light compartment and a window configured to allow light to illuminate the cooking chamber. A gasket seals the interior of the light compartment from the cooking chamber. The gasket includes a core formed of a first material and an overwrap surrounding the core. The overwrap is formed of a second material different from the first material.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Verbinden von Schalenteilen (O1, 02), welche beispielsweise durch Tiefziehen von Blech gefertigt wurden. Bei den Schalenteilen (01, 02) kann es sich um beliebige Werkstücke eines Fahtwerkteils in Form von Halbzeugen oder anderen Bauteilen handeln, welche für eine Falz Verbindung geeignet sind. Hierfür müssen die Schalenteile Ränder aufweisen, welche in der Verbindungsposition aneinander anliegend angeordnet sind. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren umfasst zunächst das Anordnen der zu verbindenden Schalenteile (01, 02) in einer Position, welche für die Schalenteile (01, 02) im verbundenen Zustand vorgesehen ist. Anschließend wird der Rand (03) des ersten Schalenteiles (01) um den Rand (04) des zweiten Schalenteiles (02) gefalzt, so dass ein Falz (06) ausgebildet wird. Nach dem Falzvorgang wird der Falz (06) gemäß der Erfindung erwärmt und anschließend nochmals zusammengepresst. Hierdurch wird eine formschlüssige und spaltfreie FaIzverbindung erzielt, mit welcher die Schalenteile (01, 02) dauerhaft fest verbunden sind.

A fabrication method of forming a thermoplastic composite laminate material (20) with tailored and varying thickness (tl, t2) in a continuous process. This process utilizes automated equipment or hand lay-up to collate parts or components into a multi-layer stack (74, 76). Each stack contains all plies, including ply build-up areas, tacked in the proper location to maintain orientation and location. The consolidation tooling contains all necessary part features and is coordinated to the customized multiple ply stacks to form a single integrated thermoplastic composite laminate potentially having areas of 10 differing thickness from these multiple ply stacks.

A method for making a tubular device includes coating a first surface of a thin sheet, rolling the sheet such that side edges of the sheet are disposed adjacent one another with the coating disposed inwardly, creating a longitudinal seam along the side edges to create a sleeve, and attaching a tubular structure around the sleeve. In another embodiment, the method includes coating a first surface of a thin sheet, wrapping the sheet partially around a mandrel with the coating disposed inwardly, positioning a slotted tube around the sheet and mandrel, attaching the tube to the thin, and trimming any excess material of the sheet. In another embodiment, the method includes coating an outer surface of a thin sleeve, inverting the sleeve, and attaching a tubular structure around the inverted sleeve, thereby providing a tubular device including a lubricious, hydrophilic, and/or otherwise coated inner surface.

A building material having a durable exterior finish comprising a substrate laminated with a fluorohydrocarbon protective film. The protective film provides the substrate with resistance to weathering and maintains the surface texture of the underlying substrate while providing an aesthetically pleasing and uniform pre-finish on the exterior surface. The protective film is bonded to the substrate using an adhesive composition comprised of a one-component moisture cure polyurethane or polyurea adhesive composition having a reactive isocyanate compound or a two component polyurethane or polyurea composition.

The invention relates to a process for achieving an adhesive bond in a folded joint between a first component (1) and a second component (2), preferably of sheet metal. The components (1, 2) have essentially flat edge areas (3, 4), and the second component (2) has a bent-up edge flange (5) to be bent down about the edge area (3) of the first component (1). The process comprises application of an adhesive string (8) along the surface of the second component (2), which is to lie in contact with the first component (1). According to the invention, the adhesive string (8) is applied a short distance from the edge flange (5), and the amount of adhesive in the adhesive string (8) is adjusted so that the adhesive, when the components (1, 2) are pressed together, is forced past the edge of the first component (1) and covers the same. Furthermore, a second adhesive string (10) is applied along the surface of the first component (1), against which the edge flange (5) is bent down. The second adhesive string (10) is placed a short distance from the edge of the first component (1) and the amount of adhesive is adjusted so that the adhesive, when the edge flange (5) is bent down, is, on the one hand, pressed into contact with the adhesive in the first adhesive string (8), and, on the other hand, is made to cover the edge of the edge flange (5).

In order to be able to use, in the production of books, humidifying PUR melting adhesive systems for the binding of the body of the book and the cover (1), the adhesive is applied to the cover (1) in a width which exceeds the thickness of the back of the book on both sides by about 0.5 to 20 mm.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Bördelnaht (1) zwischen einem inneren Bauteil (2), das einen freien Kantenabschnitt (16) hat und einem äußeren Bauteil (3), das einen an einem Kantenabschnitt (6) angeordneten Falzflansch (7) aufweist mit zumindest den folgenden Schritten: Aufbringen eines unter Wärme expandierenden Strukturklebers in Form eines Klebstoffstreifens (8) auf eines der Bauteile (2,3) an seiner zum anderen Bauteil (2,3) orientierten Seite, Umfalzen des Falzflanschs (7) in Richtung zum inneren Bauteil (2), wodurch ein Falzspalt (11) entsteht, Auftragung einer Lackschicht (21), zumindest im Bereich der Bördelnaht (1), auf eines oder beide der Bauteile (2, 3), und Erwärmen zumindest des Bereichs der Bördelnaht (1), so dass der Strukturkleber des Klebstoffstreifens (8) schmilzt und expandiert, sich dabei ausdehnt und dadurch teilweise die Lackschicht (21) im Bereich der Bördelnaht (1) zumindest teilweise überdeckt.
