Use of a sheet-like composite material for the manufacture of an immobilization element, wherein the sheet-like composite material is made from a material comprising a thermoplastic polymer containing carbon nanotubes as a fibrous reinforcing material, obtainable by dispersing carbon nanotubes in a dispersing liquid in which the thermoplastic polymer does not dissolve, subjecting the dispersion to a treatment with ultrasonic waves, the adding of particles thermoplastic polymer to the dispersion and the mixing of the thermoplastic polymer with the dispersion of carbon nanotubes, the removal of the dispersing liquid, the forming of the thermoplastic polymer impregnated with carbon nanotubes into a sheet.

A process for the preparation of multifunctional polycarbodiimides, which are used as crosslinking agents, in which the polycarbodiimide is prepared by reacting mono- and polyisocyanates in the presence of a mono- or polyisocyanate that contains one or multiple additional reactive functional groups and in the presence of a carbodiimide catalyst, and thereafter terminating or chain extending the polycarbodiimide chain. Between 0 and 10% of an organic solvent and/or between 0 and 30% of a plasticizer and/or between 0 and 30% of a surface active component is added to the product during, before or after the polycarbodiimide forming reaction and/or the capping reaction and/or the chain extending reaction. Further, the invention relates to a coating mixture in which the polycarbodiimide is used as crosslinking agent and to the cured material obtained with the coating mixture.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von strahlengehärteten Schäumen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die strahlengehärteten Schäume hergestellt werden durch 1) Aufschäumen einer wässrigen Zusammensetzung A), 2) thermische Trocknung des aus Schritt 1) hergestellten Schaums, 3) Härtung des Schaums durch aktinische Strahlung, die strahlenhärtbaren, wässrigen Zusammensetzungen A), die strahlengehärteten Schäume hergestellt nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren sowie die Verwendung der strahlengehärteten Schäume zur Beschichtung von Substraten.

Полезная модель относится к области защиты трубопроводов от коррозии, отложений, воздействия агрессивных сред, и применяется в стальных трубопроводах предназначенных для транспортировки нефти, газа, суспензий, жидкостей в нефтегазовой, химической отраслях и коммунальном хозяйстве. Предложено использовать в качестве защитного покрытия стальных труб двухкомпонентную композицию на основе полиуретанового или полимочевинного связующего, отверждаемую атмосферной влагой и образующую после нанесения защитное покрытие с высокой эластичностью, ударной прочностью, абразивной, химической и температурной стойкостью. Причем в состав двухкомпонентной композиции на основе полиуретанового связующего входят: а) пол иол (смола), б) полиизоцианат (отвердитель); на основе полимочевинного связующего: а) полиамин, б) полиизоцианат (отвердитель), с соотношением компонентов от 1:5 до 5:1, предпочтительнее от 1:2 до 2:1, наиболее предпочтительно 1:1 по объему. Технический результат - увеличение рабочих характеристик защитного покрытия.

This invention relates to freeze-stable aromatic diisocyanates, an to processes for the preparation of these freeze-stable aromatic diisocyanates. The preferred aromatic diisocyanate is preferably diphenylmethane diisocyanate. These freeze-stable aromatic diisocyanates comprise a blend of an aromatic diisocyanate, with 2,2,4- trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol diisobutyrate, and have an NCO group content of from about 6% to about 29% by weight. Suitable aromatic diisocyanates contain one or more of the following modifying groups: allophanate groups, carbodiimide groups, uretonimine groups, biuret groups, dimer groups, isocyanurate groups, urea groups and/or urethane groups. Prepolymers of these modified aromatic diisocyanates are also suitable for the present invention.
