摘要: A system and a method for the determination of product shelf life in a supply chain environment are discussed. The system receives periodic readings from various sensors that are associated with a shipment of produce. The system determines ambient deviations throughout the supply chain for temperature, humidity and ethylene. The system determines a product shelf life based on a calculated sensitivity and exposure to temperature, humidity, and ethylene. The system determines a remaining shelf life based on the determined product shelf life, and generates an event based on the remaining shelf life meeting a threshold. The system updates an indication of the remaining shelf life on a graphical interface for action.

摘要: AIE-active chemo sensors, according to the present teachings, exhibit UV-vis absorption change and become non-luminescent upon protonation. Upon deprotonation, the chemo sensors revert to their original absorption and emission. This deprotonation process can be triggered in the presence of amines, and specifically, biogenic amines. The chemo sensors can detect amine species, e.g., biogenic amines produced during food fermentation, quickly and with high sensitivity. Further, due to the AIE nature of the compounds, the chemosensors can be loaded onto a physical support and sealed inside a food package to monitor food spoilage.

This is a harvesting machine which allows the fruits of the coffee crop to be quickly and easily collected, reducing the manual labor for harvesting and the plant being physically mishandled in agricultural areas with steep slopes and without the need to detach unripe fruits, flowers or leaves, due to the fact that the machine presented only detaches the ripe fruits, as shown in Fig. 1.
