The invention relates to a turbine control device to regulate the load alternation process in a turbine (7) comprising a limiting device (3) which can be supplied with a predetermined variable for a duration tv. A turbine command variable (VAR) is determined in the limiting device (3) in order to implement the load alternation process for duration tv, taking into account the maximum permitted load. Advance determination of the material exhaustion of the load alternation process which is to be implemented according to the turbine command variable (VAR) occurs in an exhaustion unit (4). The invention also relates to a method for regulating a turbine (7) load alternation process.

In order to monitor a danger zone, a radiation field whose intensity is measured cyclically and is compared with an intensity value measured earlier is activated over the danger zone. This earlier intensity value is taken from a memory (SP2), the intensity value (N-1) stored there only being replaced by the actual intensity value (N) when there is a only slight difference between the two intensity values. Otherwise, the earlier intensity value remains stored and continues to form the setpoint for the assessment of the actual radiation intensity. The danger zone is announced as being occupied when the actual intensity value is a given amount (H) less than the stored intensity value. The method according to the invention is particularly suitable for monitoring danger zones with damping properties which change constantly owing to the influence of the weather. A danger zone of this type is, for example, a level crossing.

An insertable equipment carrier (1) for switching equipment with a locking device to lock a main switch (13), which can be mounted on the equipment carrier, relative to an arrangement of a separating device. The locking device has a subassembly (1) which can be mounted on the equipment carrier (1), an angle bracket (3), a stopper (4) which can be movably guided parallel to the angle bracket (3), and a prestress slider (5) for interaction with a locking bar (17). Another subassembly which can be mounted along with the main switch (13) has a support plate connected to the angle bracket in order to accommodate the drive shaft (14) of the main switch (13), the locking bar (17) and a coupling lever (20) transmitting the switch movements of the drive shaft to the locking bar (17). Various ways of mounting the second subassembly enable adjustment to several sizes of main switch (13).

The present invention pertains to a method for dynamic adjustment of the roll gap in the roll housing of a multi-housing mill train used for strip rolling, whereby a strip storage, i.e a loop, is adjusted or limited between two roll housings by a loop regulator and/or a strip storage regulator, while the adjustment dynamic is limited depending on the state variables of the mill train, including the state variables of the loop regulator and/or the strip storage regulator.

A telephone network in which a subscriber data register (TND) is provided for each subscriber in a switching centre (UAT, ZAT) and in which an intelligent services control (SCP) is assigned to the original switching centre and/or destination switching centre. A register of co-ordinates (GKR) containing the geographical co-ordinates of each subscriber line (TN1,TN2) is also provided in the switching centre (UAT, ZAT). The switching centre is set up in such a way that it can retrieve the co-ordinates of a calling or called subscriber from the register of co-ordinates for all incoming or outgoing calls and make them available along with subscriber data and other call data for an intelligent services control (SCP) and/or forward them in the network for further use by another switching centre and another intelligent services control assigned thereto.

The invention concerns a large-area high-current module of a field-controlled interruptible power semiconductor switch which comprises two large-area contact plates arranged opposite each other and n field-controlled interruptible low-volt power chips (6) whose drain terminals are electrically switched in parallel by one contact plate (2) and whose source terminals (8) are electrically switched in parallel by the other contact plate (4), these contact plates (2, 4) being insulated from each other at their contact faces. According to the invention, one contact plate (2) comprises a plurality of cavities into which insulation devices (10) plug a plurality of busbars (18) which are connected in an electrically conductive manner to the source terminals (8) of the n low-volt power chips (6). The contact plate (4), which connects the source terminals (8) of the n low-volt power chips (6) to one another in an electrically conductive manner, is provided with webs (20) corresponding to these busbars. As a result thereof, it is possible to produce in a simple manner a large-area high-current module of a field-controlled interruptible power semiconductor switch which can be combined in a housing with a GTO thyristor plate to form a GTO cascade circuit.

The invention concerns a high-resolution image display device which emits multicoloured light and has a monolithic integrated arrangement (1). The monolithic integrated arrangement (1) comprises a transparent or at least translucent carrier (2) on one side of which is disposed a semiconductor light-emitting diode or laser diode arrangement (3) which preferably emits in the UV wavelength range. Mounted on the carrier (2) are a plurality of luminescence-conversion elements (5, 6, 7) which are disposed so as to be optically separate from one another, are associated with the semiconductor light-emitting diode or laser diode arrangement (3) and comprise luminescent materials of a predetermined colour. The luminescence-conversion elements (5, 6, 7) receive the light (8) emitted by the semiconductor light-emitting diode or laser diode arrangement (3) in the UV wavelength range, convert it into visible light (9) and emit it.

The invention relates to a method for combined analogue and digital transmission of an analogue AC measuring signal (Sa) by means of an optical fibre, and to a device to carry out this method. According to the invention the analogue AC measuring signal (Sa) is both digitized and combined with a constant direct voltage signal (SR), the digitized AC measuring signal (Sd) and the analog summated signal (SRa) are combined to form a modulation signal and converted to an optical transmission signal (SL), the optical transmission signal is reconverted into a modulation signal in the receiver (6), where the signals (Sa, Sd,SR) are filtered out and the recovered AC measuring signal (Sa) is normalized by the filtered out direct voltage signal (SR). This enables a method for combined analog and digital transmission to be obtained, whereby ageing phenomena of the optical fibre system (2,4,6) can be compensated.
