Abstract:
Anti-roll bar (10) comprising a torsion element (12) for pivotable connection to a first vehicle component, and swing arms (14) each with a first end (16) firmly connected to opposite ends of the torsion element and each with a second end (18) having bearing means (20, 22) for pivotable connection to a second vehicle component (60). According to the invention, one or more spacing means (30) is/are connectable to the swing arm (14) in order to alter the effective length of the swing arm (14).
Abstract:
A hydraulic supply system for feeding pressurized fluid to a hydraulic consumer (12) having at least one consumption zone (14, 16) comprises a pressurized fluid source (18) feeding pressurized fluid from a reservoir (26) into a main pressure conduit (24), a main control valve (34, 36) that is associated with each of a hydraulic consumer's consumption zones (14, 16) to which pressurized fluid is to be fed and that is to be adjusted using a control fluid pressure in order to establish and interrupt the connection between the main pressure conduit (24) and a consumption zone (14, 16), and a pilot valve (38, 40) for applying the control fluid pressure to the main control valve (34, 36). The pilot valve is fed at an inlet pressure lying below the fluid pressure in the main pressure conduit (24) by means of a pressure reducer (42).
Abstract:
A suspension system for a vehicle including: a stabilizer apparatus configured to change a stabilizer force by an operation of an actuator, a pair of hydraulic shock absorbers configured to change damping coefficients thereof, and a control device which is configured to execute a body-roll damping control in which at least a part of the stabilizer force is controlled to act as a roll damping force having a magnitude in accordance with a roll speed of a body of the vehicle, which is configured to change, in the body-roll damping control, a degree of the magnitude of the roll damping force by the stabilizer force, and which is configured to control, under execution of the body-roll damping control, the damping coefficient of each absorber such that a component of the absorber force for damping roll of the vehicle body is controlled in accordance with the degree of the magnitude of the roll damping force by the stabilizer force, namely, such that the component of the absorber force becomes smaller in an instance where the degree of the magnitude of the roll damping force by the stabilizer force is high than in an instance where the degree of the magnitude of the roll damping force by the stabilizer force is low.

Abstract:
A vehicle stabilizer system including: (a) a stabilizer bar (28) including (a-1) a torsion bar portion(90) , and (a-2) an arm portion(92) that extends from the torsion bar portion in a direction not parallel to the torsion bar portion; (b) an actuator (32) configured to rotate the stabilizer bar about an axis of the torsion bar portion; and (c) a link rod (34) interconnecting the suspension arm (78) and one of opposite ends of the arm portion that is remote from the torsion bar portion. The stabilizer bar generates a stabilizing force which is dependent on a reaction that is generated as a result of torsion of the torsion bar portion, and which forces the wheel (12) and the body in a selected one of a direction toward each other and a direction away from each other. The actuator allows the stabilizer bar to generate the stabilizing force whose magnitude is changeable by operation of the actuator. The link rod is inclined with respect to the suspension arm to which the link rod is connected, such that an angle defined by the link rod and the suspension arm is not 90° .
