Es wird ein Pflastersteinbausatz zum Erstellen eines Segmentbogenpflasters beschrieben. Der Bausatz weist ein Pflastersteingrundelement oder eine Vielzahl von zusammensetzbaren Pflastersteingrundelementen aus einem Sockel und einer Vielzahl von sich hiervon nach oben erstreckenden und durch Fugen voneinander getrennten Steinköpfen auf, das bzw. die eine Segmentbogenteilfläche abdecken. Die Krümmung der konvexen Außenfläche des Pflastersteingrundelementes oder der Pflastersteingrundelemente, die eine Segmentbogenteilfläche bilden, entspricht der Krümmung der entlang der Mittellinie des Segmentbogenpflasters nach außen verschobenen Bogenlinie der konkaven Innenfläche des Pflastersteingrundelementes oder der Pflastersteingrundelemente, die diese Segmentbogenteilfläche bilden, so dass sich eine variierende Breite des Pflastersteingrundelementes von einem zum anderen Ende ergibt. Ein derartiger Pflastersteinbausatz ermöglicht die Erstellung eines Segmentbogenpflasters, das sich bei einer hohen Belastbarkeit besonders einfach herstellen und verlegen lässt.

Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schüttgutes von Agglomeraten aus Gummipartikeln und Wachs wird eine Zusammensetzung des Agglomerats und die Verwendung dieses Schüttgutes für die Herstellung von Asphalt oder Bitumenmassen geschaffen, indem Gummi durch Quellung und Verwendung eines Quellmittels aktiviert und eine Schmelze aus viskositätsreduzierendem Wachs und optionalem Polyoctenamer zugegeben wird, die aktivierten Gummipartikel mit dem Viskositätsreduzierenden Wachs und optionalen adhäsionsverbessernden Stoffen agglomeriert werden, wobei das resultierende größere Volumen zu einer Viskositätsminderung und die Erweichung zu einer innigeren und homogeneren Benetzung mit dem Wachs führen und im herzustellenden Mischgut eine bis zu

The procedure for making transitable paved surfaces comprises the following phases of: supply of at least a supporting frame (2), supply of at least a ceramic product (11) having at least a visible face (1 Ia) and at least an installation face (l ib), fitting of the ceramic product (11) to the frame (2) with the visible face (Ha) turned outwards and the installation face (l ib) turned towards the frame itself, the latter having retention means (6) of the ceramic product and being shaped so as to make accessible at least a part of the installation face (l ib), spreading of an adhesive material (12) on an installation surface (P), positioning of the frame (2) on the adhesive material (12) so that the adhesive material itself reaches the installation face (l ib), the adhesive material (12) being suitable for reciprocally solidarizing the ceramic product (11) to the frame (2) and the latter to the installation surface (P).

본 발명은 홍수, 가뭄, 지구 온난화, 사막화, 해수면 상승 방지 및 토양지하수 복원을 위한 초고속 투수성 블록 도로포장 시스템과 그 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 투수 기능이 탁월한 고성능 투수 포장 블록을 사용하여 도로 및 도로주변 넓은 면적의 유출수를 포장 면 하부로 투수시키고, 투수된 유출수를 포장 면 하부에 저류 및 저수 용량이 큰 조립식 구조물을 구조물용 블록을 적층 시공하여 지반과 지중으로 침투, 확산시키거나 별도의 저수공간으로 송수 처리하도록 한 것으로, 특히 투수성 블록 자체 공간에도 상당량의 물을 저장 및 저류 할 수 있어 도로상에 내리는 강우는 물론 주변 토지로부터 유출되는 우수를 도로에 포설된 블록 배수홀을 통해 집수할 수 있고 단위 면적당 구조물 공간을 확대할 경우 일정면적의 도로에서도 도로보다 2~100배 이상의 넓은 면적의 우수를 저장, 저류할 수 있어, 바다로 유출되는 우수를 지반 내에 가둘 수 있고 표층 블록 하부 바닥 및 지반에 설치된 오염제거 매트로 기름, 타이어 분진, 각종 중금속이 걸러지게 되어 깨끗한 우수를 지하 공간에 가두는 효과를 얻을 수 있는 홍수조절, 가뭄 방지, 수자원 보존, 해수면 상승 방지 및 토양지하수 복원의 효과가 있다.

The invention provides for a paver pre-stressor apparatus for use with a paved surface having a plurality of pavers. The apparatus includes at least two body members arranged to be displaceable relative to each other along at least one axis or arc. In addition, the apparatus further has as adjustable urging means arranged between the body members. The urging means is configured to adjustably urge the body members away from each other along the axis or arc. Such adjustment of the urging means facilitates compressive interlocking of the pavers when the apparatus is incorporated into the paved surface.

Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der Verlauf des Seitenrands (20) wenigstens bereichsweise gekrümmt ausgebildet ist und einer mathematische Funktion entspricht, wobei der Verlauf des Seitenrands (20) vorzugsweise wenigstens bereichsweise der Funktion ƒ ( x ) = a * ln( x ) + b entspricht.

The invention relates to building engineering, in particular to a method for producing a ready-made covering tile. The inventive method involves drawing a starting square or a rectangle having an area equal to the tile area. The side edges of the tile are drawn on the base of the sides of said staring square with the aid of arcs forming projections and recesses matching the shape of the projections. The arcs have the same radii and lengths. The shape of opposite edges is designed in such a way that they can be joined to the corresponding edges of the adjacent tiles. The arcs are conjugated at and angle of 90° and 180°. The arcs are formed by one quarter of the circle. The center of the circle of the arcs is located either on the side of the starting square or rectangle, or at a distance which is equal to the radius of the circle and inside or outside thereof. The tile edges are oriented at an angle of 45° to the sides of the base square or rectangle. One arc which is supported by the sides of the corresponding starting square or rectangle is located at each of the three corners in such a way that the centers of circles of two arcs are situated on the summit of the corresponding corner of the starting square or rectangle and the center of circle of the third arc is positioned inside the starting square or rectangle. Three successively conjugated arcs are positioned in the fourth corner of the starting square or rectangle and the free ends thereof are supported by the corresponding sides of said corner. The two arcs have a common center of circle and the center of the circle of the third arc is located outside the starting square or rectangle at a distance from the corresponding summit equal to the arc radius. The invention makes it possible to extend operational capacities of the cover and to improve the reliability thereof.
