The present invention relates to a control device, in particular for a domestic appliance. The control device comprises at least one front panel (10) and at least one button panel (22) arranged behind the front panel (10). The control device comprises at least one switch (20) being responsive to touching a switchable area on a front side of the front panel (10) in front of said switch (20) by a user. The switch (20) includes at least one light source element (24) arranged at a rear side of the button panel (22) and provided for illuminating the rear side of the front panel (10). The switch (20) includes at least one reflector element (26) arranged behind the button panel (22) and the light source element (24) and provided for reflecting the light from the light source element (24) to the rear side of the button panel (22). The button panel (22) includes at least one cut out (12, 14), wherein the cut-out (12, 14) corresponds with one switchable area of the switch (20) or more switchable areas of neighboured switches (20), so that the light can pass through the cut-out (12, 14) and the front panel (10) out of the control device. Further, the present invention relates to a button panel for said control device. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for assembling the control device.

The present invention relates to a temperature detection device for detecting the bottom temperature of cookware on a cooking hob (10). The temperature detection device comprises a pad (16) formed as a flat sheet. The pad (16) is provided for covering at least one cooking zone of the cooking hob (10). The pad (16) is provided as an underlayment of the cookware. The pad (16) is made of a heat resistant material. The temperature detection device comprises at least one SAW (surface acoustic wave) temperature sensor (18). The temperature detection device comprises at least one sensor antenna (20). The SAW temperature sensor (18) is electrically connected to the sensor antenna (20). The SAW temperature sensor (18) is embedded inside the pad (16). The sensor antenna (20) is embedded inside the pad (16) or arranged in a casing (24) above the pad (16).

The present invention relates to an electric and/or electronic circuit including a printed circuit board (20), at least one separate circuit board (10) and at least one power connector (12) for said printed circuit board (20). The at least one power connector (12) is connected or connectable to a corresponding counterpart. A number of electric and/or electronic components (22) is sold at the separate circuit board (10). The at least one separate circuit board (10) is connected to the printed circuit board (20) by a number of solder joints (16). The solder joints (16) are connected to the separate circuit board (10) by a through-hole-technology. The solder joints (16) are connected to the printed circuit board (20) by SMD (surface mount device) technology. At least one power connector (12) is fastened at the separate circuit board (10) by the through-hole-technology.

The present invention relates to an induction cooking hob including at least one induction coil (20). The induction cooking hob comprises a housing (10) with at least one vertical wall (12, 14, 16) and a bottom panel (18). A top panel is provided for covering the top side of the housing (10). The induction coil (20) is connected or connectable to the at least one vertical wall (12, 14, 16) by at least one fixing element (22). A rigid conjunction is provided between the vertical wall (12, 14, 16) and at least one the fixing element (22). The induction coil (20) and the at least one fixing element (22) form a rigid body, so that the induction coil (20) is supported by the vertical wall (12, 14, 16). Further, the present invention relates to an induction coil (20) provided for said induction cooking hob.
