Abstract: 提供了一种用于草酸酯加氢制乙醇的催化剂及其制备方法与应用。该催化剂包括氧化锆与氧化硅复合载体、活性组分铜、第一助剂和第二助剂。第一助剂是Mg、Ca、Ba、Mn、Fe、Co、Zn、Mo、La、Ce中的一种或多种元素的氧化物或金属,第二助剂是碱金属;各组分占催化剂重量百分比为:氧化硅50-90wt%,氧化锆0.1-10wt%,活性组分铜10-50wt%,第一助剂0.1-10wt%,第二助剂0.1-5wt%。该催化剂采用沉淀法获得铜基催化剂粉体后,再以碱金属为助剂采用浸渍法对催化剂进行浸渍处理,从而增强了铜催化剂的抗烧结能力。该催化剂在草酸酯加氢制乙醇反应中的草酸酯转化率高,对包括乙醇在内的低碳醇选择性高,且经过恶化处理后活性与选择性没有明显衰减,表现出良好的高温稳定性。
