    Abstract: A robust human face detecting method in complicated background image. It adopts microstructure features with high efficiency and high redundancy to express the gradation distributed character of the eye, nose and so on of human face mode and adopts the cost sensitive AdaBoost algorithm to choose the microstructure features of human face and non-human face to form a strong classifier, so that each layer classifier can reduce the false acceptance rate of non-human face samples in the case of ensuring extremely low reject-recognition rate, therefore realizing human face detection of higher performance in complicated background image with easier structures. Additionally, post-processing algorithms are used to further reduce the misdetection rate.

    Abstract: A cipher switching method where the terminal side stores a current decryption cipher comprises the steps of: the terminal side receiving and storing a decryption cipher corresponding to the service data updated sent down from the network side before the encryption cipher of the service data updated; the terminal side selecting a cipher capable of succeeding in decrypting the current service data from the ciphers stored locally and switching the cipher as a current decryption cipher after the encryption cipher is changed on the network side. A data decryption apparatus is used to implement the method and a terminal device has corresponding decryption function. It can switch the cipher capable of succeeding in decrypting the current service data stored locally as a current decryption cipher by using the method, so as to adaptively switch the cipher. The switching process has no special demand on the distribution ways of the cipher and synchronization, and need not increase the cost to support the mechanism of strict data frame synchronization.
