Abstract:
The invention concerns a surface treatment solution for an element designed to be contacted with a fluid and/or species contained in said fluid when said fluid is being transported, analysed, purified, separated or preserved. Said method is characterised in that said solution comprises at least a polymer consisting of several polymeric segments, said polymer being of the block copolymer type or comb-like polymer type having at least three junction points between the polymeric segments of different chemical or topological nature. The invention also concerns methods using said solution for treating an element to be contacted with a fluid and/or species contained in said fluid during preservation, transport, analysis, purification or separation of said fluid.

The invention relates to water-soluble N,N-dialkylacrylamide-based high molecular weight random polymers and monomers laterally functionalised by molecules of interest and to the use thereof for preparing solid supports provided with at least one surface on which said polymers are adsorbed. Said invention also relates to the thus modified solid supports, to a method for the production thereof and to different uses thereof, in particular for immobilising molecules of interest or for carrying out chemical, biochemical or biological reactions. .

La présente invention se rapporte à des polymères statistiques hydrosolubles de haut poids moléculaires à base de N,N-dialkylacrylamide et de monomères fonctionnalisés de façon latérale par des molécules d'intérêt, à leur utilisation pour la préparation de supports solides comportant au moins une surface sur laquelle lesdits polymères sont adsorbés. La présente invention se rapporte également aux supports solides ainsi modifiés et à leur procédé d'obtention, ainsi qu'à leurs diverses utilisations, notamment pour l'immobilisation de molécules d'intérêts ou la réalisation de réactions chimiques, biochimiques ou biologiques.

A microfluidic network comprising a plurality of droplet emitters forming droplets of a first fluid in a second fluid immiscible in the first fluid to produce an outlet stream of droplets, wherein each of the emitters are in fluid communication with each other via the network and all have an auto-synchronised droplet formation frequency by hydrodynamic interaction between the emitters is provided. The synchronisation gives a surprisingly narrow droplet size distribution for the network.

The invention concerns a non-thermosensitive liquid medium for analysing, purifying or separating species in a channel and comprising at least a polymer consisting of several polymeric segments. The invention is characterised in that said polymer is of the irregular block-copolymer or irregular comb-like polymer type and has on the average at least three junction points between polymeric segments of different chemical or topological nature. The invention also concerns methods for analysing, purifying or separating species using a non-thermosenstive separation medium.
