The present invention relates to a water treatment apparatus capable of solid-liquid separation. The water treatment apparatus includes: a filter module filtering and moving solids from inflowing water within a filtering bath having a raw-water inflow hole and a filtered-water discharge hole; and a reverse cleaning device cleaning the solids collected by the filter module. Here, the filter module includes a filter unit collecting the solids contained in the raw water while the introduced raw water passes through the filter unit, and a frame supporting the filter unit. A filtered-water receiving part is disposed within the filter module to receive clean water and move the clean water toward the filtered water discharge hole such that the clean water is collected. The filter unit is disposed on each of the two side surfaces of the filter module.

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for suppressing dendritic cell maturation comprising glabridin or glabridin derivatives as an active ingredient. Glabridin not only suppresses dendritic cell maturation but also suppresses T-lymphocyte activation. Therefore, glabridin or its derivatives can be an active ingredient for a pharmaceutical composition for suppressing dendritic cell maturation, for a composition for immune regulation and for a composition for preventing and treating auto-immune disease, and can be effectively used for the treatment of auto-immune disease.

The present invention relates to a mixing device and a submersible aerator using the mixing device, wherein the mixing device comprises: a mixer including a casing (3) mounted with an inlet weir (6) for sucking reactant, an inlet (4) and an outlet (5) and an impeller (1) disposed at an axle of a driving motor (2); a water current suction pipe (7) for communicating the inlet weir with the inlet of the casing; and a water current conveying pipe (11) where an ejector (12) is mounted at a deep-down region of a reactor, such that reactant can be mixed at a deep-down region of the reactor, and wherein the submersible aerator using the mixing device comprises at least one or more air supply means that include ejectors (10, 10a) mounted with air supply pipes (21, 21a), an air chamber (25) mounted with blowing ports (26) and a vessel-type diffuser (9) mounted at one side of the impeller (1) inside the casing (3).

The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating obesity containing highly water-soluble ß-cyclodextrin derivatives as an active ingredient. More specifically, the composition containing highly water-soluble ß-cyclodextrin derivatives, particularly 2-hydroxypropyl-ß-cyclodextrin (HP-ß-CD, HPBCD), inhibits the weight increase induced by a high fat diet, inhibits appetite through the decrease of food intake, reduces body fat, reduces the weight of a liver, and remarkably inhibits the rapid increase of blood glucose induced by the intake of glucose and maltose on an empty stomach, thereby enabling helpful use for preventing and treating obesity, preventing and treating various diseases induced by obesity and inhibiting the rapid increase of blood sugar after meals.
