The invention relates to fuel energy, in particular to methods for producing a fuel based on coal and water which is used for direct combustion in boilers, furnaces, different energy plants, transported by pipelines and suitable for substituting dry coal and heavy oil for fuel consuming enterprises and to a production line for producing said fuel. The inventive method consists in grinding solid fossil fuel to a fraction of 0-10 mm, mixing it with water which is taken in a quantity of 20-40 mass % in terms of a liquid fuel and, subsequently in carrying out a two-stage cavitation breaking in a liquid medium in order to obtain respectively coars and fine grinding associated with simultaneous demineralisation, thereby producing a stable homogenous suspension. Said invention also relates to the production line for producing said fuel comprising cavitation dispergators for different degrees of grinding which consist of bodies, rotors provided with rotor rings, stator rings and different pipelines. The rotors are provided with openings in the form of round-cylindrical Venturi tubes and the openings of stator rings are embodied in the form of suddenly extending nozzles. Said invention makes it possible to produce a fuel suspension exhibiting a high energy potential, ecologically clean and of low cost.

The above system allows the achievement of a strong oxidative or reductive action in a short time and continuation of the action stably for a long period of time, due to the oxidation or reduction in the state of a gas-liquid colloid by oxygen or hydrogen, which results in the treatment being free from imbalance or unevenness, leading to, for example, the easiness and simplicity in the removal of iron rust. Mixing-in is carried out into air stream. Invention belongs to the branch of technology for the production of compounds of loose granular substances. Problem resolved by this invention is to avoid mixed-up quality less than the maximum, i.e. to obtain absolute homogeneousness in all volume units and weight respectively. Equipment for producing homogeneous compounds consists of pneumatic transport device comprising a radial fan (2) with shaft (10) driven by electric motor (9) in housing (3), suction tube (4), discharge tube (5) and unit for continuous mixing-in as Figure 2 comprising elecromotor drive (14), which by means of mechanical transmission gear (11) drives worm (13) having continually changeable and accurately adjustable rotational velocity depending on results of mathematical analysis of operation. This invention is mostly suitable for the production of animal feeding compounds where a hammer mill (1) is an element of the equipment. It can be used in any other industry where it is necessary to produce homogenous or intentionally unhomogeneous compounds of loose granular substances.

The layering means (8) is adapted to alternately dispose the components in the form of thin layers on the receiving surface (22) to form a stratum of layer structure, and the receiving means (15) is during rotation adapted to support said stratum. The present invention also relates to a method for continuous mixing of at least two components.
