Abstract:
The invention relates to the use of tenside agents containing selected non-ionic tensides, for use in cleaning and/or disinfecting processes and/or cleaning and/or disinfecting preparations.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an agent which kills the hepatitis A virus. Said agent contains one or several aqueous alcohols and optionally 0.1 to 10 % by weight of additional anti-microbial components, with the proviso that it comprises less than 0.5 % by weight, in relation to the total content of the agent, of chlorine-containing and/or chlorine cleaving active ingredients.
Abstract:
The invention relates to the use of at least one polysiloxane in lubricant formulations for reducing the friction between transported goods and transport installations. The invention also relates to lubricants which contain further additives, in addition to polysiloxane.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a washing method. A first means (7) and a second means (8) are stored separately and are directly and separately supplied to the same washing device (9) in such a way that the means (7, 8) can be applied subsequently or simultaneously to the matter to be washed (2) in one washing step or washing zone, during one or several washing programmes that have to be completed. The invention also relates to a dishwasher (1) with a spraying device (9). Container (13, 14) for separately storing a first means (7) and a second means (8) are directly allocated to said spraying device. The invention further relates to the use of means that are incompatible with each other in the inventive method.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a method of cleaning statically chargeable surfaces, wherein an antistatic aqueous cleaning agent is applied to the surfaces to be cleaned and is then allowed to drain off. The invention further concerns antistatic cleaning agent concentrates which can be used in this method and, when water is added, provide an antistatic cleaning solution. The concentrate contains: a) between 1 and 12 wt % of one or a plurality of alkoxylated primary or secondary amines; b) between 1 and 10 wt % of a fatty acid salt; c) between 2 and 12 weight % of one or a plurality of weakly foaming non-ionic surfactants; the remainder being water or an aqueous solution of further auxiliary and active substances. The agent according to the invention can be used, for example, to clean plastics objects in the foodstuffs industry.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a particularly simple and economical process for preparing particulate washing and/or cleaning agents, whereby both bleach and enzymes can be incorporated in these agents without the activity of these constituents decreasing by an unreasonable extent either during preparation or during subsequent storage. This object is essentially achieved in that a peroxygenated oxidizing agent component, optionally in the presence of inert solids, is granulated or compacted in a granulation mixer or compactor using water and liquid non-ionic surfactant as granulation liquid, and is then mixed with the particulate enzyme component and optionally further particulate constituents.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for dosing flowable or pourable products such as pastes or solids, especially liquid cleaning agents, wherein the product is poured in a dosed manner into the container of said product from a storage container having a dosing device. The invention aims at providing a solution whereby dosing can be carried out easily and reliably without requiring complicated mechanical key-lock mechanisms. This is achieved in that information on the product is initially stored in the transponder or smart label provided on each product container. Before the dosing process is carried out, the information on the product in each product container is retrieved and evaluated by a read/write/control device of the dosing device. Optionally, the product is then poured.
Abstract:
The invention relates to the use of ester peroxy acids for improving surface perfusion during the disinfection of surfaces and to synergistic antimicrobial combinations of ester peroxy acids and additional constituents.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for reducing the friction between newly manufactured and/or newly washed transport drums and transport installations. Said method comprises applying an agent, to at least one part of the surface of the drum, before said drum is placed on the transport installation. Said agent comprises at least one component, which possesses lubricating properties. The invention further relates to drums which have, on at least one part of their external surface, a film or coating, which contains lubricating components, in order to reduce the friction during transportation on transport installations and to installations which are suitable for the transport of drums of the above type and can be laid out to advantage.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an acqueous solution with a pH value above 10 which is used at a high temperature to deactivate endotoxins in medical instruments and equipment. Especially good results are obtained at exposure temperatures above 60 °C and at exposure times between 5 and 60 minutes, wherein the acqueous solution should have a pH value above 12. Particularly suitable solutions contain alkali carbonates, alkali phosphates, alkali silicates and/or alkali hydroxides as alkalizing substances. Preferably, the treatment in hemodialysis equipment is carried out in alternation with a disinfection treatment.
