A hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising: an amorphous polystyrene resin (A) having a weight-average molecular weight of 50,000 or more; and a thermoplastic block copolymer (B) which is a copolymer of vinyl-based aromatic hydrocarbons and conjugated diene compounds.

The present invention provides a hot melt adhesive which is excellent in high-speed coating and spiral coating at low temperature, and is also excellent in adhesion to a polyolefin film and a nonwoven fabric; and provides disposable products obtainable by using the hot melt adhesive. Disclosed is a hot melt adhesive including: (A) a thermoplastic block copolymer which is a copolymer of a vinyl-based aromatic hydrocarbon with a conjugated diene compound; (B) a propylene homopolymer having a melting point of 100°C or lower which is obtainable by polymerizing propylene using a metallocene catalyst; and (C) an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer. The hot melt adhesive is excellent in high-speed coating and spiral coating at low temperature, and is also excellent in adhesion to a polyolefin film and a nonwoven fabric.

An object of the present invention is to provide a water-based epoxy resin emulsion being environmentally-friendly, and having an excellent storage stability and an excellent rust-proof property; and to provide a water-based paint comprising the water-based resin emulsion. The present invention relates to a water-based epoxy resin emulsion in which an epoxy resin (B) is emulsified and dispersed in an aqueous medium (C) in the presence of a reactive emulsifier (A), wherein an average particle diameter of the water- based epoxy resin emulsion is 500 nm or less.

An object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive for laminated sheets, which is excellent in initial adhesion to a plastic film and is also excellent in long-term hydrolysis resistance at high temperature in the production of a laminate using the plastic film; a laminated sheet obtainable by using the adhesive; and an outdoor material obtainable by using the laminated sheet. Disclosed is an adhesive for laminated sheets, said adhesive comprising: a urethane resin obtainable by mixing an acrylic polyol with an isocyanate compound; and a silane compound, wherein the silane compound contains an epoxy based silane compound, and wherein the acrylic polyol is obtainable by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer; the polymerizable monomer contains a monomer having a hydroxyl group and the other monomer; and the other monomer contains acrylonitrile. The adhesive is excellent in initial adhesion to a film and is also excellent in long-term hydrolysis resistance at high temperature. The adhesive for laminated sheets is preferably used for an outdoor material, and is particularly useful as an adhesive for solar battery back-sheets.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive sheet having satisfactory adhesion to various adherends, in which an adhesive does not squeeze out from an adherend in thermocompression bonding of the adherend to the adhesive sheet. Another object of the present invention is to provide a laminate obtainable by using such adhesive sheet. Disclosed is an adhesive sheet comprising a hot-melt type adhesive layer, wherein the hot-melt type adhesive layer comprises a modified polymer (A) to which a cross-linkable group is given, and a polyolefin (B). It becomes possible for the adhesive sheet to adhere to various adherends, and thus the adhesive becomes less likely to squeeze out from an adherend in thermal fusion bonding and sealing of the adherend. With regard to a laminate obtainable by using the adhesive sheet, its adhesive layer does not squeeze out from the adherend without being affected by the material of the adherend.

Disclosed is an adhesive for laminated sheets comprising: a urethane resin obtainable by mixing an acrylic polyol with an isocyanate compound; and a silane compound; wherein the silane compound contains a glycidyl based silane compound, wherein the acrylic polyol is obtainable by polymerizing polymerizable monomer, the polymerizable monomer contains a monomer having a hydroxyl group and the other monomer, and the other monomer contains acrylonitrile, and the isocyanate compound contains at least one selected from xylylene diisocyanate and hexamethylene diisocyanate. The adhesive for laminated sheets has a moderate curing rate and is excellent in initial adhesion to a film and in long-term hydrolysis resistance at high temperature; it is also excellent in weatherability.
