Abstract:
A control device for properly controlling the switching of the rotation speed of an engine from a designated engine rotation speed to an energy-saving lower engine rotation speed when the operation of a hydraulic working machine is at halt without any particular switching operation by an operator, wherein when all the operating levers (14 to 21) are shifted to a neutral position to halt the operation, in a case where the operating speed of the operating lever operated last is a lower operating speed, a delay time is set to be longer than when the operating speed is higher, wherein when the operating levers (14 to 21) are held at the neutral position until this delay time is over, the engine rotation speed is switched to the lower engine speed, and wherein when any of the operating levers is operated before the delay time is over, the engine rotation speed is controlled to be kept at the designated rotation speed.

Abstract:
A copper alloy pipe for water/hot water supply, equipped with a protective film on the inner surface thereof includes a pipe main body made of a copper alloy containing at least 0.02 wt.%, in total, of at least one of Zn and Mn, not greater than 5 wt.% of Zn, not greater than 3 wt.% of Mn and the balance of copper and unavoidable impurities, and a protective film disposed on the inner surface of this copper alloy pipe main body and consisting of Sn and unavoidable impurities. The protective film has a mean thickness of 0.2 to 4 mu m in the circumferential direction of the pipe. The protective film may comprise Sn, an intermetallic compound of Sn and Cu and unavoidable impurities or may comprise the intermetallic compound of Sn and Cu and unavoidable impurities. In either case, Cu3Sn must not exist substantially on the surface of the protective film. Such a copper alloy pipe can restrict the formation of an epsilon phase that causes pitting in the surface of the protective film, can prevent elution of the copper ions and can improve pitting resistance.

The casing (31) is provided with a defective goods loading port, a first separate substance discharge port for discharging a first separate substance therethrough, a second separate substance discharge port for discharging a second separate substance remaining on the arcuate-shaped wire body (35) therethrough, and a final separate substance discharge port for discharging a final separate substance conveyed by the lower screw shaft (36) therethrough.
Abstract:
A method of degrading a synthetic polymer with a mangenese-dependent peroxidase in the presence of manganese ions and further at least one additive selected from the group consisting of phosphoric, succinic and acetic acids and salts thereof. This method enables various synthetic polymers, particularly polyamides and polyolefins, to be degraded more efficiently.
Abstract:
A soldering inspection method and an apparatus therefor capable of improving soldering inspection accuracy by obtaining a higher precision X-ray transmission image corresponding well to the actual shape of a circuit board. The soldering inspection method comprises a step (23) of obtaining a one-face transmission image by irradiating X-rays to a circuit board having components mounted on only one side, steps (22, 27) of executing soldering inspection by using the one-side transmission image, a step (17) of obtaining a transmission image of a two-sided board by directing X-rays to the substrate having components mounted on both sides, steps (15, 18) of executing response correction so as to make response characteristics substantially constant within a predetermined spatial frequency range on the basis of the response characteristics to the spatial frequency of the imaging system and the image processing system in a transmission image read step of the one-side transmission image and the two-side transmission image, a step (20) of obtaining a transmission image of only the other side by subtracting the one-side transmission image subjected to response correction from the transmission image of the two-sided board subjected to response correction, and a step (21) of executing soldering inspection of the other side by using the transmission image of the other side. The present invention provides an apparatus for practicing this method.
Abstract:
A hydraulic device for operating an actuator for a working machine such as a hydraulic shovel wherein a proportional solenoid flow rate control valve (6) is provided on a pipeline between a direction selector valve (3) for selecting a direction in which an actuator operates and a hydraulic pump (2), and a discharging pressure controlling means (25) for controlling the discharging pressure of the hydraulic pump (2) is also provided for maintaining constant the pressure difference across the control valve (6). The flow rate characteristics of a pressure oil to the actuator (1) relative to the control input of an operating lever (5) are set by means of a flow rate setting means (24) in accordance with the loading pressure of the actuator (1) and the revolution speed of an engine (10) for driving the hydraulic pump (2), and the valve travel of the control valve (6) is controlled by means of a solenoid valve controlling means (23) in accordance with the control input of the operating lever (5), whereby it is possible to properly obtain the flow rate characteristics of a pressure oil to the actuator in accordance with a choice of an operator or the type of work to be done, and it is also possible for the operator to easily identify the loaded condition of the actuator through the operation of the operating lever.
