The present invention relates to a method for preparing t-butyl 2-((4R,6S)-6-formyl-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxan-4-yl)acetate having optical activity, which is a core intermediate in the preparation of a variety of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors. According to the preparation method of the present invention, it is possible to easily mass-produce t-butyl 2-((4R,6S)-6-formyl-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxan-4-yl)acetate in the form of a solid of high and uniform purity by using a polymer-supported TEMPO.

The trolley assembly includes a first trolley movable in a longitudinal direction along a boom of the crane; a second trolley movable in a lateral direction on the first trolley; a hoist provided on the second trolley; a spreader movable in a vertical direction by the hoist; a light emitting unit provided on the spreader; and a smart camera for capturing an image of the light emitting unit to measure a movement of the spreader. A movement of the hoist is controlled by a location control unit based on the measured movement of the spreader.

According to the invention, the use of a synthesized antigen gene of hepatitis A virus makes it possible to prepare recombinant hepatitis A virus vaccine materials at a high efficiency, and transformed plants expressing a hepatitis A virus antigen are useful as functional food materials and orally administrated vaccine materials.

A method of preparing 2-deoxy-L-ribose represented by the following formula I is disclosed. The preparation method includes the steps of : treating L-arabinose with an alcohol solvent in the presence of an acid to prepare 1-alkoxy-L- arabinopyranose; allowing the prepared 1-alkoxy-L- arabinopyranose to react with acyl chloride so as to prepare l-alkoxy-2, 3, 4-triacyl-L-arabinopyranose; brominating the alkoxy group of the prepared l-alkoxy-2, 3, 4-triacyl-L- arabinopyranose to prepare a l-bromo-2, 3, 4-triacyl compound; allowing the prepared compound to react with zinc in the presence of ethyl acetate and an organic base so as to prepare glycal; treating the glycal with an alcohol solvent in the presence of an acid to prepare l-alkoxy-2-deoxy-3, 4- diacyl-L-ribopyranose; treating the prepared l-alkoxy-2- deoxy-3, 4-diacyl-L-ribopyranose with a base to prepare 1- alkoxy-2-deoxy-L-ribopyranose; and hydrolyzing the prepared l-alkoxy-2-deoxy-L-ribopyranose in the presence of an acid catalyst.
