    Abstract: A retractable intelligent reflector system for directing light onto a solar device includes one or more movable reflectors operable to direct light at the solar device, a support structure for supporting the one or more movable reflectors, at least one motor for motivating the one or more movable reflectors, and a controller for issuing actuation signals to the motor as a function of one or environmental conditions. The solar device can be a photovoltaic cell array, or a solar water heater. The environmental conditions can include at least one of time of day, calendar date, season, location, latitude, temperature, wind speed, wind direction, strain, and light conditions.

    Abstract: The invention provides methods of treating diseases, disorders or injuries involving demyelination and dysmyelination, including multiple sclerosis, by the administration of an Sp35 antagonist. Additional methods include methods for inhibiting the binding of the Sp35 polypeptide with the ErbB2 polypeptide and a method for increasing ErbB2 phosphorylation by contacting oligodendrocytes with an effective amount of a composition comprising an Sp35 antagonist of the invention. Further embodiments of the invention include methods of inhibiting the binding of the Sp35 polypeptide with the ErbB2, increasing ErbB2 phosphorylation and promoting oligodendrocyte differentiation comprising contacting oligodendrocyte or oligodendrcoyte progenitor cells with an ErbB2 binding agent.

    Abstract: Methods are disclosed for administering electromagnetic radiation (EMR), which may include filtering EMR from part of the EMR spectrum while allowing passage of EMR at a desired wavelength. A fluorescent component may be included, which absorbs EMR at one wavelength and emits EMR at the desired wavelength. Uses may include the treatment of acne. Pruritus may also be treated by allowing the passage to the skin of a particular UV wavelength from sunlight, which has an immunosuppressive effect, while protecting the skin from other harmful UV radiation.
