Il s'agit d'un appareil et d'une méthode de mesure pour détection d'une lésion du ligament croisé antérieur du genou d'un patient. Il comprend une assise (20), un plateau (23) de support de la jambe, mobile en rotation par rapport à l'assise, un organe (28) de poussée du mollet du patient et un capteur (30) de détection de déplacement de la face antéro-supérieure du tibia, en fonction de la poussée sur le mollet. Un support (34) du pied est prévu librement mobile dans les trois degrés de liberté en rotation (36, 37, 38), le plateau support de la jambe étant mobile en translation par rapport à l'assise. L'appareil comporte des moyens (40) d'enregistrement, et des moyens (42) de calcul agencés pour mesurer le différentiel entre courbes obtenues pour les jambes du patient donnant le déplacement du capteur en fonction de la force de poussée, dans des inclinaisons différentes du support par rapport à l'assise et pour en déduire la lésion partielle du ligament AM et/ou du ligament PL.
Abstract:
A sports training device includes a target having a mounting arm and an attachment. The mounting arm includes a set of front holes and a set of back holes. The hole sets are separated by a quarter of the circumference of an in situ support. The attachment includes a strap, hook, and tab. The first and the second ends of a strap are threaded through the front hole set thus forming a loop and then threaded through the back hole set. The strap ends are threaded through the holes on the tab. A hook is positioned on the loop. The tab includes a hole for the hook and two pair of tab holes for the strap. The first end is threaded through the first pair of tab holes while the second end is threaded through the second pair of tab holes.

L'invention a pour objet d'apporter des perfectionnements au dispositif de détection et de suivi d'une lésion du LCA « GNRB® », l'un comportant un système de positionnement en flexion de 20° à 90°du genou caractérisé par deux assises distinctes pivotantes l'une par rapport à l'autre (300 et 400), par un système de mesure de l'angle de pivotement et un autre comportant un ensemble support de pied (200), caractérisé par deux parties l'une étant mobile sur un axe par rapport à l'autre, d'un capteur de rotation (204). Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de mettre en évidence le siège de la lésion du LCA en cas de rupture partielle (faisceau PL ou faisceau AM) et permet de mesurer l'instabilité rotatoire du genou pendant le mouvement de translation du tibia par rapport au fémur.

The present invention relates to a process for preparing solidified maltitol. The solidified maltitol is prepared by turbulating a maltitol powder with gas and contacting it with a maltitol containing syrup wherein the quantity of the powder is >_ the quantity of the syrup. The solidified maltitol has superior properties in bakery products. It is further suitable in other food products such as confectionery, chewing gum coatings and tablets.
