The peripheral rim is provided with a fluid collecting lip (7) extending in an upward and radially outwards direction. The lid (4) being provided with a locking edge (12) adapted to wipe the fluid collecting lip (7) during insertion of the lid (4) into the top opening. The fluid collecting lip (7) is provided with an upper, thin edge (10) being positioned at a radially retracted position relative to the outside of the wall of the container. A second part of a peripheral flange (14) of the lid (4) is adapted to substantially cover the radially outward facing surface of the fluid collecting lip (7) in the closed position of the lid (4) on the container (1).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a packaging, preferably for foodstuffs, said packag ing comprising a container and a lid, both of which is made of a material which is suitable for injection moulding, said lid being sealable relative to the container; and wherein the lid comprises an elevated portion for abutment on the internal, upper edge of the container, wherein at least a portion of the lid (2) is made with a sealing zone (7, 8) for joining with the container (1 ), said sealing zone (7, 8) being added with an active material which, by influence during joining, changes the material in the sealing zone (7, 8) to the effect that the sealing becomes weaker than the surrounding material, whereby the sealing is, upon opening, broken in the joint and not in the surrounding material. The invention also relates to a method of sealing the above packaging, wherein a material is added which, during the sealing procedure, changes the material in the joint to the effect that the seal becomes weaker than the surrounding material, whereby, when opened, the seal is broken in the joint and not in the surrounding material.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a container (1) of plastics, comprising a bottom; an annularly extending sidewall (10) with an annularly configured engagement area (15) arranged opposite the bottom and configured for cooperating with a lid; a skirt (20) arranged on the sidewall (10) along the engagement area (15); a flap (30) having a front (35) and a rear (38) and configured for being turned manually about a turning connection (8) near said engagement area (15) and overlapped by the lid, from a first position, in which the flap (30) extends in parallel with or approximately in parallel with the sidewall (10), and upwards to a second position, in which the flap (30) can lift the lid out of engagement with at least a part of the engagement area (15); and a lock (40, 50) that is destroyed when the flap (30) is moved from the first position to the second position and that secures the flap (30) in the first position. The invention is characterised in that the flap (30) extends in front of at least a part of the skirt (20).
Abstract:
Washable acoustic units with a fire classification as class-A material have to be mountable on walls, ceilings or other locations in a room, optionally as a lowered ceiling. The units have to have a sound absorption value being at least as high as and preferably higher than is presently known. The units may not contain any mineral wool, splintery mineral fibres or other harmful substances. In addition, they have to be cleanable, damp-proof and insusceptible to water and steam. The units also have to be available in a variety of surfaces and have to be able to reflect light differently in accordance with the position of the units in relation to the angle of incidence of the light. The above objects of the invention are accomplished by the acoustic unit comprising a thin, liquid-resistant absorbent coating attached to a reinforcement. The ceiling units are suspended by means of U-shaped carrying bars (1) open at the top, the side webs of said U-shaped carrying bars being kept together by through-pins (3). Carrying straps (5) are attached to the through-pins (3), and the projecting ends of the through-pins (3) are used to support the separate ceiling sheets.
Abstract:
Injection moulded packaging comprising a container and a lid, the peripheral rim portion of the lid being arranged to engage with the rim portion of the container to seal the container. The rim portion of the container has a first annular locking element arranged on the outside surface and a second annular locking element arranged on the inside surface. The peripheral rim portion of the lid having a first surface being arranged with a first annular locking element which engages with the first locking element of the container rim and a second surface being arranged with a second annular locking element which engages with the second locking element of the container rim. The first annular locking element of the container is formed on a first portion of the container rim portion and the second annular locking element of the container is formed on a second portion of the container rim portion. The second portion has two positions, a first position where the second portion is arranged essentially parallel with the first portion and extending in a direction from the bending line and away from the container bottom and a second position where the second portion is bent downwardly about the bending line so that the second portion is arranged essentially parallel with the first portion, but where the second portion extends from the bending line down towards the container bottom of the container. In this way, an injection moulded container is provided which is easy to remove from an injection mould, but which still provides very good sealing and locking properties.
Abstract:
Container comprising a bottom portion and a side wall portion extending upwardly from the bottom portion, said container being at least partially filled with a first material, said container further comprising a pouch filled with a second material, said pouch being arranged inside the container. Said pouch is arranged to be fastened to the bottom portion of the container such that at least a portion of the first material is arranged above the pouch and in that the pouch is rupturable. In this way, a container is provided whereby a second material can be mixed with a first material in a safe manner with a lowered risk of splashing.
Abstract:
A container (1) comprising a body (2) and a lid (3), said body (2) defined by a bottom wall (4) and a side wall (5), a lower edge of the side wall connected to the bottom wall and an upper edge (6) of the side wall (5) defining an opening (7) for the body (2) and said lid (3) being detachably mounted on the upper edge of the side wall to close the opening. The lid comprises a weakened area (16), where the weakened area (16) is fastened to the body (2) via welding and/ or gluing, and the weakened area (16) is arranged to be permanently broken or deformed when said lid (3) is removed from said body (2). In this way a means for showing tamper evidence is provided.
