Abstract:
Li-La-Ti-O (LLTO) composite solid electrolyte material containing silicon and a synthesizing method thereof are provided. The material is characterized in that: an amorphous silicon or silicon compound (2) is contained at the crystal grain boundary between crystal grains (1) of material. The amorphous silicon or silicon compound (2) is inducted by using the wet chemical process, in the wet chemical process organic silicide as the additive is added into the La-Li-Ti-O composite solid electrolyte material, and when the silicon content is 0.27% to 1.35% based on the weight of La-Li-Ti-O compound, the La-Li-Ti-O composite solid electrolyte material containing silicon is synthesized by sintering.
Abstract:
The present method and device is for accelerating molecular hybridization by ultrasonic wave. A prepared hybridization reaction system is placed in the path of ultrasonic wave generated by an ultrasonic generator. High frequency vibration and irradiating pressure of ultrasonic wave result in effective agitation and flow of liquid medium. The flow of liquid medium then carries reaction molecular to move so as to speed up the hybridization reaction. Advantages of the invention include increasing the intensity of hybridization signal significantly so that a complete reaction can be obtained and time can be saved; and improving consistency of hybridization reaction at different locations on the surface of solid medium, uniformity of hybridization and idiosyncrasy of hybridization reaction. Main parts of the device are an ultrasonic resonance element and the corresponding resonance electrocircuit. The device has simple structure with low cost and can be operated easily and automatically. It can be applied to various hybridization reaction systems, such as Southern, Northern and genetic chips.

An injectable intraocular sustained-release antiviral drug and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The antiviral drug is an insoluble phosphonoformate salt microcrystal. The insoluble phosphonoformate salt is a multivalent metal salt of phosphonoformic acid. The manufacturing method comprises: reacting a monovalent metal salt of phosphonoformic acid with a soluble multivalent metal salt in water; and obtaining a system containing the insoluble phosphonoformate salt microcrystal. An insoluble phosphonoformate salt microcrystal sustained release system is designed and developed to meet special needs of a sustained and controlled release intraocular injection. The nominal drug loading of the system is higher than 100%. The insoluble phosphonoformate salt microcrystal sustained-release antiviral can be released sustainably and stably in a vitreous chamber of a rabbit eye. The vitreous concentration of phosphonoformate continuously remains higher than an effective therapeutic concentration of sodium phosphonoformate. The antiviral drug has a sustained release period of up to 12 weeks and does not induce significant toxic or inflammatory reactions. The insoluble phosphonoformate salt can be used as an antiviral drug suitable for sustained release intravitreal injection technology.

The present invention relates to a solid-state alcohol fermentation production method and involves crushing stored raw materials, using anaerobic wastewater as a moisture content regulator for regulating the moisture content of the crushed materials, adding a sufficiently-cultivated yeast seed liquid, mixing same with the materials, and beginning alcohol fermentation; after fermentation is complete, distillation is carried out, resulting in crude alcohol and distillers grains, the distillers grains undergo solid-liquid separation, the obtained wastewater (distillation wastewater) is sent into a biogas fermentation system to be fermented, resulting in biogas and anaerobic wastewater, the anaerobic wastewater is used for moisture content regulation in the next batch of crushed materials, a sufficiently-cultivated yeast seed liquid is added, alcohol fermentation is begun, and the cycle is repeated. The present invention uses biogas fermentation technology to process distillation wastewater and obtain biogas; anaerobic wastewater acts as a moisture content regulator for the materials in alcohol fermentation; the method can significantly reduce water usage in solid state alcohol fermentation, and can, in an ideal state, achieve zero discharge of produced wastewater, thus producing significant environmental and economic benefits.

The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the initial background information; sending radiation beams to pass through said liquid article; receiving the radiation beams that pass through the liquid article for forming the projection data from a plurality of angles; on the basis of the initial background information and the uniformity of the liquid article, computing and obtaining the radiation absorption coefficient of the liquid article by the reversion operation of the projection data from a plurality of angles; and obtaining the related information of the liquid article by comparing the said radiation absorption coefficient with the preset data.

Provided in the present invention is a method for improving the yield of enzymatic preparation of biodiesel from greases, comprising: during enzymatic reaction of short-chain alcohols with greases to prepare biodiesel, introducing online dehydration steps, which lead the volatile gases in the enzyme reactor to enter into the low-temperature absorption tank, and the dehydrated gases flow back into the enzyme reactor. The formation of gas-circulation can constantly bring the moisture inside the enzyme reactor out.

The gantry can be a rotary gantry which rotatable or positioned in a given direction for obtaining the tomography images of the objects or the projection images of the objects along the given direction; or a fixed gantry which only positioned in a direction for obtaining the projection images of the direction; or a half-fixed gantry can positioned in a few direction; or any combination of the rotary gantry or the half-fixed gantry or the fixed gantry.
