    Abstract: A movable fuel-filling station with a device for recovering fuel-gas airtightly comprises at least a fuel-storing tank, a fuel outlet pipe of which is connected with a fuel-filling machine. The fuel-storing tank is a dual-wall tank. A barrier and antiexplosion material is filled into an inner chamber of the fuel-storing tank and an interlayer composed by the dual layer walls of the tank, respectively. A skid body is disposed below the fuel-storing tank and the fuel-filling machine. A cover is disposed above the skid body. The skid body is fixed to the anticollision ground so as to form a movable fuel-filling station. A fuel-gas recovering device disposed on the fuel-storing tank includes a breather valve disposed on the same tank and a three-way valve mounted on a pipe, which communicates with the fuel-storing tank through the breather valve. One end of the three-way valve is connected with a fuel-gas recovering pipe, a filler neck of which is connected with a joint of a fuel-gas recovering pipe of a tank truck during the filling into the fuel-storing tank. This movable fuel-filling station can greatly reduce floor space, achieve an airtight recover of the fuel-gas, efficiently reduce harm to atmosphere, and save energy.

    Abstract: A safety environmental-protection buried oil tank is disclosed. The tank shell (1) is a double walled structure including an inner and an outer tank walls (11,12), a hollow (13) is formed between the inner and the outer tank walls, a blocking and explosion-proof material (3) is filled in the tank and the hollow, a leak oil monitoring device (2) is installed in the hollow, a spill pool (4) is set about the manhole cover (14) of the tank shell, and the bottom of the spill pool communicates with the hollow. According to the present invention, the blocking and explosion-proof material in the tank can prevent the unexpected burn and explosion initiating by open fire, static, welding, shooting, crashing and mishandling. The oil tank is the double walled tank that can effectively overcome the seepage or leakage of oil and gas, so it can avoid the pollution to the environmental soil and the underground water resources. Furthermore, the leak oil monitoring device can detect the volatilization of oil and gas so as to in time do repairing welding to the tank shell while the oil tank is filled with oil. The spill pool can prevent the oil spilling and caving while oiling, once the spilling is found, some actions can be taken in time.
