Abstract:
The invention relates to an oscillation drive (1), in particular for motor vehicle applications, preferably a window lever drive, comprising a drive element (4) that can be actuated to oscillations, and an output element (3) that is frictionally coupled to the drive element (4). According to the invention, the drive element (4) and/or the output element (3) is/are made from metal, at least in the respective friction contact region (8, 9).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a gear pump for delivering a fluid, particularly fuel, having at least two intermeshing gears, disposed in a housing ring closed on both sides by two covers. According to the invention, a coating is applied on at least one inner face of the housing ring or the cover.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a wiper blade for a windshield wiper, especially for a windshield wiper of a motor vehicle. Said wiper blade comprises a rubber element having a lip (2). The aim of the invention is to provide a reduced coefficient of dry friction. To this end, the lip (2) of the rubber wiper blade element consists partially of polyethylene.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a lubricating lacquer component and a lubricating lacquer, especially for coating elastomer profiled sections. The lubricating lacquer component contains polyurethane, siloxane and polyamide powder, polyethylene powder or a polyamide solution. The lubricating lacquer can also contain a hardener, especially an isocyanate-based hardener. The invention also relates to a first method for coating elastomers, wherein the inventive lubricating lacquer is applied to an elastomer profiled section in the form of a coating; the coating is subsequently dried and/ or thermally cross-linked. A second, alternative method is also disclosed, wherein the inventive lubricating lacquer is applied to the elastomer profiled section with or without polyamide or polyethylene in the form of a first coating; whereupon an alcohol or aqueous solution of a polyamide in the form of a second coating or a polyamide powder or a polyethylene powder is subsequently applied to the top of the first coating. The inventive lubricating lacquer is particularly suitable for use in the production of coated windscreen wiper blades having a reduced dry friction value.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a chrome-free and zinc-poor anti-corrosive pigment mixture (A) comprising (a1) 30-60 % by weight at least one type of calcium hydrophosphate pigment, (a2) 15-45 % by weight at least one type of amorphous calcium modified silicon dioxide, (a3) 5-25 % by weight at least one type of calcium borosilicate pigment, 1-15 % by weight at least one type of organic nitro compound zinc salt, wherein the zinc content (A) is equal to or less than 10 % by weight. A method for the production and use of the inventive mixture is also disclosed.
