Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Ölpumpe (1) mit einem Pumpengehäuse (5), in dem elektromotorisch angetriebener Pumpenrotor (15) angeordnet ist, und mit einem gehäuseseitigen Druckstutzen (2), in dem ein Rückschlagventil (12) aufgenommen ist, das einen zwischen einem Ventilsitz (12d) und einer Abstützfläche (27) beweglich angeordneten, vorzugsweise kugelförmigen, Schließkörper (12a) und einen in den Druckstutzen (3) eingebrachten und die Abstützfläche (27) bildenden sowie Durchströmabschnitte (24) aufweisenden Schließkörperhalter (12b) aufweist, der unter Herstellung einer verliersicheren Halterung in den Druckstutzen (2) eingesetzt ist.

A pumping assembly to feed fuel, preferably diesel fuel, to an internal combustion engine is provided with an electric gear pump (7) having a pump body (24), a closing lid (27) to close the pump body (24), a stator (29), an annular rotor (33) mounted on the inside of the stator (29) and coupled to the pump body (24) in a rotary manner through the interposition of a support bearing (42), a first sealing device (49) to couple together the support bearing (42) and the lid (27) in a fluid- tight manner, and a second sealing device (48) to couple together the support bearing (42) and the pump body (24) in a fluid-tight manner.

고압의 고점도 액이송을 위한 트로코이드 펌프가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 트로코이드 펌프는 하우징의 내측 내부 통공에 결합되어 회전되는 아이들러와, 상기 아이들러의 내부에 삽입되는 로터 및 로터를 회전시키는 샤프트를 포함하고, 아이들러는, 상기 로터가 삽입되며 다수의 돌출된 치형을 갖는 내치홈이 형성되고, 외주면에는 원주방향을 따라 일정 깊이로 요입된 요홈이 형성되어 이루어진다. 이에 따르면, 고점도액 이송을 위한 트로코이드 펌프는 기존의 기어펌프 또는 트로코이드 펌프와 달리 내부 회전체의 홈을 가지는 구조로 인하여 고점도액의 점성마찰력을 줄일 수 있게 되고 큰 토오크에 대응하는 축의 강도를 보장하기 위하여 스플라인을 가공하여 축과 결합하고 고압으로 인한 축의 휨을 지지하기 위해 로울러 베어링을 적용함으로써 펌프의 구동 동력을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 소형, 경량화가 가능하여 산업현장의 각종 로봇 팔에 직접 장착할 수 있고, 토출량의 가변범위가 커서 다양한 용도에 적용이 가능하다.

A rotary engine (10, 510) with improved cooling, and a MMC material for a rotary engine are provided. The rotary engine (10, 510), comprises a rotor (20, 520) having an interior and an exterior divided by a plurality of rotor faces (68, 568), a rotor chamber housing assembly (14, 514) surrounding the rotor exterior, and a side plate (16, 516) coupled to the rotor chamber housing assembly (14, 514). The side plate (16, 516) comprises a charge air inlet (34, 514) port arranged to direct charge air to the interior of the rotor (20, 520) and a charge air exit port (48, 548). The charge air exit port (48, 548) is intermittently exposable by the rotor faces( 68, 568) to selectively exhaust charge air from the rotor interior directly to the chamber housing assembly (14, 514), for combustion, depending on the rotational position of the rotor (20, 520).

A mounting adapter (78) is disclosed for use with a gear pump (18). The mounting adapter may have a generally plate-like base member (98), and inlet and outlet ports (116, 117) both formed in the base member. The mounting adapter may also have a first bearing bore (112) formed in the base member between the inlet port and the outlet port and configured to receive a first gear shaft (40), and a first bleed groove (122) formed in the base member adjacent the outlet port. The first bleed groove may be generally concentric with the first bearing bore. The mounting adapter may further have a second bearing bore (114) formed in the base member between the inlet port and the outlet port and configured to receive a second gear shaft (60), and a second bleed groove (122) formed in the base member adjacent the outlet port. The second bleed groove may be generally concentric with the second bearing bore.

Disclosed is a pump arrangement which has a magnetically drivable micropump (P) for delivering a liquid medium and which has a bearing holder (22) as a base part. An outer magnet (44) and an inner magnet (40) are provided which transmit a rotational movement to the micropump (P) via an axial shaft (10). Three radial bearing pieces (1, 2, 3) for rotatably mounting (guiding) the shaft (10) and the micropump (P) are disposed and fixed in the bearing holder (22), wherein one of the bearings (3) rotatably holds the outer rotor (80) of the micropump and is arranged eccentrically with respect to the shaft (10). The micropump (P) is held in the eccentric bearing (3) by a front cover (26). A duct structure (23) for a forced flow is provided, said duct structure having, on the pressure side, at least one radial duct portion (23b) in the cover (26) and an axial duct portion (23c, 23e) in the bearing holder (22) in order to actively flush and/or lubricate the bearings (1, 2, 3) with the delivered medium. One of the bearings (2) is arranged closer to the inner magnet (40), and/or another of the bearings is arranged closer to the micropump (P).

A gear pump is described with a plurality of gear wheels which intermesh in order to deliver a pumping medium, are held rotatably in a pump case and deliver a pumping medium from a priming zone into a delivery pressure zone of the pump case. One of the gear wheels is driven by a pump shaft which protrudes with a coupling end out of the pump case. In order to seal the pump case, a shaft sealing ring is held around the circumference of the pump shaft, wherein, in order to avoid material deposits, the shaft sealing ring is assigned, according to the invention, an interior flushing chamber on the circumference of the pump shaft, the flushing chamber being connected to the delivery pressure zone of the pump case by a feed channel in the pump case.
