Abstract:
The invention relates to a rotary piston pump (10) for conveying fluids, in particular liquids laden with solid matter, having a housing (45) and having at least one pair of intermeshing rotary pistons (1) arranged within the housing (45), wherein a rotary piston (1) has in each case at least one recess (13, 43) formed on the circumferential surface (5) thereof and/or at least one recess (41) formed on an end surface (7, 9). The invention relates in particular to a rotary piston pump in which at least one driver (15, 17, 39, 51) is arranged in the at least one recess (13, 41, 43) and is designed for collecting solid matter. The invention also relates to a rotary piston for a rotary piston pump (10) for conveying fluids, in particular liquids laden with solid matter, having at least one recess (13, 43) formed on the circumferential surface (5) thereof and/or at least one recess (41) formed on an end surface (7, 9).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a rotary piston pump (100) for conveying a fluid medium which contains solid matter, comprising an inlet opening (111) and an outlet opening (112) for the medium to be conveyed, having two rotary pistons (121, 122) which are arranged in a pump housing (140) and which have rotary piston vanes which engage into one another, wherein each of the two rotary pistons is fastened in a torsionally rigid manner to in each case one shaft (131) and can be driven by the respective shaft, and wherein the two shafts are coupled to one another by means of a gearing arranged in a gearing housing (152). The invention relates in particular to a rotary piston pump in which the inlet opening and the outlet opening are arranged on a connecting housing (151).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a rotary piston pump for conveying a fluidic medium containing solids, said pump comprising an inlet and an outlet for the medium to be conveyed, a pump housing and two rotary pistons with meshing rotary piston vanes, said pistons being located in the pump housing. According to the invention, the pump housing has two housing half-shells that lie opposite one another and seal the pump housing in a fluid-tight manner. The housing half-shells are double-walled.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an apparatus for sealing off, in particular in the region of a shaft feedthrough, a pump space of a rotary piston pump with respect to a fluid-free region of the rotary piston pump, wherein the apparatus has two or more sealing members, which are arrangeable in such a way next to an end side of a rotary piston, arranged on the shaft, in the pump space of the rotary piston pump, that a labyrinth gap extends between the sealing members, said labyrinth gap being configured to extend the seal path in relation to the shaft in the radial direction and in the axial direction. According to the invention, the seal path in the radial direction in relation to the shaft is longer than the seal path in the axial direction in relation to the shaft.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a rotary piston pump for delivering a fluid medium comprising a solid, having two rotary pistons with rotary piston vanes engaging with each other, each having a rotary axis and an outer circumference, wherein the rotary axes of the two rotary pistons are disposed at a distance from each other and parallel to each other, and the outer circumferences of the two rotary pistons partially overlap each other, and a housing having an inlet opening and an outlet opening and an inner and an outer wall, wherein the inner wall of the housing encloses one segment each of the outer circumferences of the rotary pistons, and wherein the rotary piston pump is designed for delivering the medium in a delivery direction from the inlet to the outlet opening. According to the invention, the rotary piston pump is characterized in that the outlet opening at the inner wall of the housing comprises a maximum discharge opening greater than the distance between the rotary axes in a direction parallel to the plane of the rotary axes and perpendicular to the rotary axes.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a rotary piston pump, comprising a pump housing having a pump chamber, an inlet opening, an outlet opening, a first, multi-vane rotary piston, which is arranged in the pump chamber and is rotatably supported about a first axis, a second, multi-vane rotary piston arranged in the pump chamber, which is rotatably supported about a second axis that is spaced from the first axis and which meshes with the first rotary piston, wherein the first and second rotary pistons produce a fluid flow from the inlet opening to the outlet opening by rotating about the first and second axes, respectively, and a drive device, which is mechanically coupled to the rotary pistons in order to drive the rotary pistons. According to the invention, the drive device comprises a first electric drive motor, which is mechanically coupled to the first rotary piston in order to drive the first rotary piston, and a second electric drive motor, which is mechanically coupled to the second rotary piston in order to drive the second rotary piston.
