Abstract:
This invention refers to the discovery of the modulation capacity of ovotransferrin to generate immune response against the antigens which chickens have been immunized against. Immunomodulators such as viral, bacterial and fungal antigens are used for chicken immunization. This invention describes the specific immune response of OTF-PC2 depending on the structure of the monospecific or polyspecific antigen used. The polyspecific antigen consists of a mixture of viral, bacterial and fungal antigens. Ovotransferrin PC-2 has a positive reaction against all viral, bacterial and fungal antigens which the chicken has been immunized against in the rapid and slow seroprecipitation assays, agar gel immunodiffusion assay, ELISA and bacterial growth inhibition assay PaChi 1MB. This invention is complementary to the invention registered at OSIM under No. A/00653 from 28.08.2014.
Abstract:
This invention refers to the manufacturing method of the hyperimmune egg-PC2 consisting of preparation of antigens and immunization of laying chickens with a mixture of antigens prepared from human- and animal-pathogenic germs. This invention refers to the composition of antigens prepared from a mixture of antibiotic-resistant strains from a single bacterial species and from a mixture of various species of bacteria, viruses and fungi, all representing a stimulus administered in each chicken.
