Abstract:
The invention relates to an adhesion composition containing at least one aqueous solution of an epoxide solid resin; at least one polyamine; at least one compound V in the free or hydrolytically releaseable form which can shrink in a condensation reaction, with polyamine. Said claimed adhesive compositions can improve the adhesion under humid conditions.
Abstract:
The invention relates to aldiminoalkylsilanes ALS, which can be produced by reacting at least one aminoalkylsilane AS of formula (I) with at least one aldehyde ALD of formula (II). The invention also relates to a method for the production thereof, the use of said aldiminoalkylsilanes in compositions containing compounds which can react to amines, in particular polyurethane compositions, in addition to adhesive compositions. The aldiminoalkylsilanes ALS and the compositions containing the aldiminoalkylsilanes have a major advantage in that they have a low-odour or are odour-less and have a long storage life.
Abstract:
The invention relates to low-viscosity polymers containing silane groups, said polymers curing rapidly under the effect of moisture to form an elastic material with good heat resistance and being in particular suitable for elastic adhesives and sealants. The polymers containing silane groups are based on special hydroxysilanes which carry a secondary OH group. They are in particular obtained by reacting aminosilanes with specially substituted lactones.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the use of carbolic acid hydrides for debonding polyurethane adhesives. The carbolic acid hydride is present in the polyurethane adhesive as a solid, thus not integrated in the polymer. When the adhesive is heated to a temperature of at least 80°C, the polymer is thermally broken down. Such an adhesive has the advantage that components thereby adhered can be released in a simple method, wherein the repair, reclamation, or recycling of the components is made easier.
Abstract:
The invention relates to moisture-curable compositions that are provided with increased elasticity while having good mechanical properties and adhesion. Said compositions contain at least on silane-functional polymer A, at least one aminosilane AS2, and at least one a-functional organodialkoxysilane at an amount of 0.6 to 5.0 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of polymer A. Also disclosed are the production and use of the inventive compositions, especially as a sealant and adhesive.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a catalyst containing at least one amidine or guanidine group of formula (Ia) or (Ib), which is bound to a silicon atom of a siloxane residue. At room temperature, the catalyst is liquid and odourless. It is particularly suitable as a cross-linking catalyst for curable compositions, in particular for silane group-containing compositions. It is particularly good at accelerating the hardening of such compositions without impairing stability in storage, and displays little volatility but good compatibility. As a result, such compositions do not tend towards separation or migration or evaporation of the catalyst.
Abstract:
The invention relates to hardeners for epoxy resins, containing at least one adduct consisting of trimethylhexamethylendiamine and cresyl glycidyl ether. Said hardener has a low viscosity and hardens quickly together epoxy resins even in moist, cold conditions and without blushing to form films with a high hardness and surface quality, which turns a little yellow under the influence of light. It is particularly suitable for low-emission, room-temperature hardening coatings.
Abstract:
The invention relates to hardeners for epoxy resin containing secondary amino groups having dialkyl amino phenyl groups. Said hardeners have a surprisingly low viscosity and harden surprisingly fast together with the epoxy resins, even in moist, cold conditions, and without blushing to form films with high hardness and stability. They are suitable, in particular, for low-emission coatings.
Abstract:
The present invention concerns a catalyst of formula (I) having amidine- or guanidine groups and containing a polyoxyalkylene group or a group of a polyoxyalkylated compound. At room temperature the catalyst is fluid and odourless. It is particularly suitable as a cross-linking catalyst for curable compositions, in particular for silane group-containing compositions. It is particularly good at accelerating the hardening of such groups, without impairing stability in storage, and displays little volatility but good compatibility, as a result of which such compositions do not tend towards separation or migration or evaporation of the catalyst.
Abstract:
The invention relates to hardeners for epoxy resins containing at least one adduct consisting of a primary diamine and an aromatic monoepoxide, at least one primary diamine and at least one secondary diamine which is free of primary amino groups and free form hydroxyl groups. Said hardener has a low viscosity and hardens quickly together with the epoxy resins, even in moist, cold conditions, and without blushing to form films with high hardness and low brittleness. It is particularly suitable for low-emission, room temperature hardening coatings.
