摘要:
The present invention, in some embodiments thereof, relates to methods of producing adenoviruses such as pro- and anti-angiogenic adenovirus vectors and preparations generated thereby. Particularly, in some embodiments, the viral vectors comprise a heterologous pro- or anti-angiogenic gene under the transcriptional control of the murine pre-proendothelin promoter (e.g. PPE-1-3X), for targeted expression of in angiogenic endothelium.

The current disclosure provides pharmaceutical compositions containing an oxidized phospholipid, such as l-hexadecyl-2-(4'-carboxybutyl)-glycero-3-phosphocholine (VB-201) and a thermosoftening carrier, e.g., a poloxamer. The pharmaceutical compositions may further comprise an anti-adherent agent, such as talc and/or a thixotropic agent. The current disclosure further provides processes for preparing the pharmaceutical compositions. The disclosure further provides capsules containing the pharmaceutical compositions. Uses of such pharmaceutical compositions and capsules in treating inflammatory disorders are also disclosed.
摘要:
Anti-angiogenic adenovirus vectors, and therapeutic use thereof are provided, and more particularly, but not exclusively, clinical protocols for treatment of solid tumors in patients with an Ad5-PPE-1-3X-fas-chimera adenovirus vector.
摘要:
The present invention is directed to methods of treating or preventing inflammation caused by a coronavirus infection with oxidized lipid compounds (e.g., VB-201). The present invention also directed to methods of treating or preventing an infectious disease or symptom caused by a coronavirus infection with oxidized lipid compounds. The present invention is also directed to kits comprising an oxidized lipid and instructions for administering the oxidized lipid to a subject having or suspected of having inflammation or an infectious disease or symptom caused by a coronavirus infection.
摘要:
The invention provides methods of inducing or improving responsiveness to a VEGF antagonist to a subject or a subject population comprising administering an adenovirus comprising a nucleic acid construct comprising a FAS-chimera gene operably linked to an endothelial cell-specific promoter and administering the VEGF antagonist.
摘要:
Described are methods of decreasing vascular inflammation in a subject suffering from a chronic autoimmune or chronic inflammatory disease by administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of VB-201, wherein the therapeutically effective amount is from about 20 mg/day to about 160 mg/day, optionally administered in two daily sub-doses. Also described are methods of treating inflammation associated with an implant (e.g., a breast implant) in a subject by administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of VB-201, wherein the therapeutically effective amount is from about 20 mg/day to about 160 mg/day, optionally administered in two daily sub-doses. Further described are methods of treating psoriasis (e.g., active plaque psoriasis) in a subject by administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of VB-201, wherein the therapeutically effective amount is from about 80 mg/day to about 160 mg/day, optionally administered in two daily sub-doses, and wherein the psoriasis prior to the administering the VB-201 is characterized by a body surface area (BSA) from about 20% to about 30 %, or a PASI score that is from about 10 to about 20 (i.e., moderate to severe psoriasis).
摘要:
Unit dosage forms comprising between 1 mg and 100 mg VB-201 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and formulated for oral administration, are disclosed herein, as well as treatment regimens comprising oral administration of VB-201 once or twice daily for treating an inflammatory disease or disorder.
