摘要: The present invention relates to an emulsion comprising (i) at least one oil, (ii) at least one phospholipid and (iii) at least one polymeric surfactant. Typically, the oil is a mixture of triglycerides and fatty acids. The present invention also relates to the emulsion according to the invention for use in the treatment and/or prevention of a skin disease, in particular rosacea. The emulsion according to the invention is therapeutically active as such, even when it comprises only excipients and no therapeutic agent against a skin disease. The emulsion according to the invention may also be used as a topical vehicle for a therapeutic agent against a skin disease. The present invention also relates to a method for the treatment and/or prevention of a skin disease in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising a step of administration of a therapeutically effective amount of an emulsion according to the invention.
