Abstract:
The invention relates to a permanent magnet element (5, 6) for a rotor of an electric synchronous machine, comprising two active surfaces (8, 9) that are vertically intersected by a magnetic field, the first (8) being designed to be installed on a circumferential surface (3) of the rotor feedback element (2), and the second (9) being designed as a radial surface of the air gap between the rotor (1) and the stator. A surface which connects said first and second active surfaces (8, 9) is designed as a profiled carrier section (10) having a groove (11) and is designed to form-fittingly connect, in the radial direction, to a retainer element (17) that is arranged on said rotor feedback unit (2). The invention also describes a rotor (1) of a synchronous machine, said rotor comprising a plurality of magnetic poles (4) each having a plurality of the above described permanent magnet elements (5, 6). The rotor (1) comprises retainer elements (17) arranged on the rotor feedback element (2), the outer contour of each retainer element engaging form-fittingly into the profiled carrier sections (11) of adjacent permanent magnet elements (5, 6).
Abstract:
The invention relates to an electric drive comprising - a motor arrangement (10) with a plurality of electric machines (12), - an output arrangement, and - a reduction stage which is connected to the motor arrangement (10) on one side and to the output arrangement on the other side, comprising a reduction sun (34) connected to the output arrangement and a plurality of reduction planets (28), each of which is connected to one of the electric machines (12) and which are arranged around the reduction sun (34) in an annular manner and rotate on the sun so as to transmit a torque. The invention is characterized in that - the reduction stage has a rotatably mounted reduction ring gear (30) on which the reduction planets (28) rotate so as to transmit a torque, and - the output arrangement has a summation stage (50) which is designed as a Ravineaux-type set with a summation ring gear (52) fixed to the housing, with a summation carrier (54) on which two summation planet (56, 56') sets that mesh with each other are rotatably mounted, one of the summation planets meshing with the summation ring gear (52), and with two summation suns (58, 58'), each of which meshes with one of the summation planet sets (56, 56'), wherein the reduction ring gear (30) is rigidly connected to one summation sun (58'), and the reduction sun (34) is rigidly connected to the other summation sun (58).
Abstract:
The invention relates to an electric drive, comprising a motor assembly (10) comprising a plurality of electric machines (12) having motor shafts arranged parallel to each other, an output assembly, and a speed-changing stage, which is connected to the motor assembly on one side and to the output assembly on the other side and which has a speed-changing sun (34) connected to the output assembly and a plurality of speed-changing planets (28), which are each connected to one of the electric machines (12) and which are each fixed on the motor shafts and arranged annularly around the speed-changing sun (34) and which roll on the speed-changing sun in a torque-transmitting manner. The invention is characterized in that one or more power electronics units connected to one or more voltage sources are provided for controlling the electrical sub-phases of the electric machines (12).
