Procedimiento para el prensado de moldes y máquina prensadora de moldes. Comprende: una primera fase en que se transportan unos moldes (1) con queso en su interior y tapa hasta unos medios tumbadores (13), caracterizado porque comprende: una segunda fase en que se tumban horizontalmente dichos moldes (1) y de esta forma se transportan y cargan sobre una primera estructura de transferencia (24) con movimiento de elevación y descenso, que se sitúa al piso de carga adecuado, una tercera fase en que se traspasan dichos moldes (1) desde la estructura de transferencia (24) a una primera estructura (3) horizontal, dispuesta sobre un primer piso (7), que está situada en la posición inicial, hasta llenar la primera estructura (3), una cuarta fase en que unos medios de accionamiento (4) desplazan la mencionada primera estructura (3) hasta una posición contigua, posición segunda, y sitúan en la posición inicial una segunda estructura (5) horizontal, vacía de moldes para ser cargada, y una quinta fase en la que una vez se han cargado de moldes (1) todas las estructuras (3,5) disponibles se presionan, por los dos extremos de las estructuras (3,5), los moldes (1) con un medios de presión (6).

Dynamic pressure container for processing of one or more cheese blocks, comprising a container body (2) having a bottom wall member (4), a plurality of side wall members (6) and an open top side (8) delimited by the plurality of side wall members (6); a releasable top cover member (10) for engagement with the open top side (8); one or more releasable tightening members (12) for tightening engagement between the top cover member (10) and the container body (2). A compressible pad member (14) is provided which in operation extends along an inner side (11) of the top cover member (10) facing the open top side (8), thereby providing an adjustable volume to the container body (2). The compressible pad member (14) is in a compressed state over a major part of surface (15) of the compressible pad member (14) during operation.

Thereafter applying a pressure force on said curd such that said curd is transformed into a cheese and such that said cheese is moved towards said second opening. After pressing, releasing said cheese from said mould via said second opening.

A packaging apparatus for packaging fragmented material includes at least one mould chamber and at least one compaction chute that is connectable to the at least one mould chamber, and a plunger configured to push fragmented material from the compaction chute into the mould chamber. The apparatus also includes a vacuum chamber that is connectable to a vacuum source. The vacuum chamber is configured to house the mould chamber and the compaction chute to allow a vacuum to be drawn about the fragmented material prior to pushing the fragmented material from the compaction chute into the mould chamber.

Apparatus for pressing and vacuum treating cheese curd to remove residual whey from the curd and form a cheese block. The apparatus has a receptacle (11) for the curd which is used as part of a vacuum chamber and includes a cover (25) for the curd receptacle (11) whereby the curd within the receptacle can be pressed by pressure means (33) while at the same time the curd is deaerated with vacuum by means of vacuum duct (29).

Presse a fromage pour une pluralite de lignes de moules a fromage constituee par une pluralite d'unites de pressage (30) en forme de cassette, chacune de ces unites etant concue pour recevoir une ligne de moules ou des batteries de moules, chacune de ces unites etant pourvue dans sa partie superieure de moyens de pressage (68) pour presser les moules. Chacune de ces unites peut etre realisee sous forme d'une construction legere, par exemple en tole d'acier inoxydable et est realisee de preference sous la forme d'un tube thermiquement, qui peut etre obture a son extremite de facon a resister au vide En particulier la production de fromage de Cheddar est considerablement acceleree lorsque le pressage est effectue sous vide. Les unites en forme de cassettes peuvent etre disposees dans un systeme convoyeur pour etre traitees par une station de chargement et de dechargement, ou peuvent etre disposees de facon plus ou moins stationnaire pour cooperer avec des moyens de transport des moules vers et depuis les unites en forme de cassettes.
