摘要： The present invention relates to a consumable biscuit product comprising an extruded biscuit portion, the body portion being formed with one or more channels disposed therein, wherein the one or more channels contain a substance which is different from the substance of the body portion and wherein at least one of the channels does not extend along the full length of the body portion. The present invention also provides a method of production of the same.
