Abstract:
The invention relates to a bowed panel (102) comprising a frame (104, 106, 108, 110) and at least one sheet (112, 114), wherein the frame comprises at least one arcuate frame member (104, 106) and the frame is arranged to define an arcuate surface and wherein the at least one sheet is secured to the frame. The invention extends to a bowed cabinet door, drawer front or cabinet panel and a method of making a bowed panel.
Abstract:
The present invention refers to a method for making a panel or a movable front element, in particular for pieces of furniture or holding trolleys, that includes a core (1) comprising at least one portion (2) of lightweight material, comprising the steps of shaping a metal plate by bending the peripheral edges to obtain a metallic half-shell (4) provided with at least two raised edges (5) having an extension essentially equal to the extension of the core (1); before or after the shaping step, drilling the metallic plate of half-shell (4) in positions corresponding to predetermined points for inserting coupling pins and/or mounting accessories; forming a sub-assembly comprising at least the core (1) and a closing sheet coupled to one face of the core; inserting and coupling the subassembly comprising the core (1) and the closing sheet inside the metallic half-shell (4) so that the core (1) is encased in and in contact with at least two raised edges (5).
Abstract:
Abstract:
A desk assembly and method of manufacturing the desk assembly. The desk assembly (12) includes a frame (22) supporting a top assembly (20). The frame includes two or more leg portions (40,42) telescopically coupled to one another such that the top assembly is height adjustable. The top assembly is formed from a plastic molded base (162) bonded to a high pressure laminate sheet (160) to form a seamless panel. The seamless panel is straighted from a deformed state during the manufacturing process to a flat surface by adhering the panel to a substrate with adhesive and pressure. The top assembly may include an angled portion set off by a flowing arc to increase user comfort. The desk assembly may include a chair assembly (1, 4) integrally formed with the frame and one or more semi-transparent modesty panels (300).

Abstract:
A table may include a table top and a layer or sheet of material may be attached to an upper portion of the table top. The table top and the layer preferably have different properties, characteristics and qualities, which may allow the layer to modify or change the attributes of the table and/or the table top. For example, the table top may be constructed from blow-molded plastic and the layer may be constructed from flooring material and/or laminated material. Advantageously, the layer may change the appearance, design, aesthetics, functionality and/or potential uses of the table. The layer may be attached to the table top by an adhesive and the layer may be at least partially disposed within a receiving portion in the table top.
Abstract:
A living space forming equipment capable of effectively increasing the maneuverability of a living space when furniture other than a panel is disposed in the living space partitioned by the panel, wherein lattices having a hooking function are provided on the surface plate part of the panel, and the lattices having the same hooking function are provided on the furniture.
Abstract:
An element covered with glued woodboard for needs of furniture and building industry, which element comprises of wood material body and as a cover of said body fitted glued woodboard (1), which is loosened as a board from wooden beam billet (1) so that one single batten of glued woodboard having width essentially bigger than thickness of batten. The thickness of the glued woodboard (1) which is formed of battens and purposed to be glued on the outer surface of wood structure element, is between 0,5 - 6 mm.
