Abstract:
본 출원은 슬롯다이 코팅장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 슬롯다이 코팅 시 진공챔버 내의 압력진동을 저감하여 기재 필름의 코팅의 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 슬롯다이 코팅장치에 관한 것이다. 본 출원에 따른 슬롯다이 코팅장치는 진공챔버에 압력진동 저감탱크를 연결하여 진공챔버 내부의 압력진동을 효과적으로 감쇄할 수 있으므로 기재 필름의 코팅 안정성이 확보되며, 결과적으로 제품의 불량률을 감소시킬 수 있다.
Abstract:
A recirculation spin coater system includes a spin coating bowl with a having a recirculation drain and a wetting fluid chamber associated with the upper end of the inner side walls wherein the wetting fluid chamber is configured to dispense a side wall wetting fluid to inner side walls of the spin coating bowl. A vision system configured to capture images of the work piece within the spin coating bowl for quality control and work piece positioning. An annular array of light sources are surrounding sides of the spin coating bowl and are configured to illuminate the interior of the spin coating bowl for optical controls. The vision system may be utilized for both quality control and work piece positioning. The coating nozzle is configured to move between a first coating position vertically aligned with the work piece, and a second purge position vertically aligned with the recirculation drain.

A method and an apparatus for measuring the amount (CW) of a coating (2) on a paper web (1). The amount (CA) of at least one component in the coating (2) on the paper web (1) is measured and the composition (CC) of the coating (2) to be transferred to the paper web (1) is determined. The amount (CW) of the coating (2) on the paper web (1) is determined on the basis of the amount (CA) of at least one component in the coating (2) on the paper web (1) and the composition (CC) of the coating (2) to be transferred to the paper web (1).
Abstract:
In an inker for a printing press capable of producing high coating weights as well as low ones, an ink train of at least two roll cylinders (7, 8) transports ink from a reservoir (1) to a printing plate (4), the final roll cylinder (8) is provided with a doctor blade (9) and (preferably with the other rollers of the train) has a surface of rubber or synthetic polymeric or resin material. In use the doctor blade is spaced from the cylinder (8), preferably using a control system for maintaining a predetermined coating weight as measured on the product. The rollers (7, 8) may be vertically or generally horizontally aligned, but the vertical alignment shown can also be used with a hard anilox roll for producing high coating weights. The roll cylinders may be mounted in individual cassettes in a skeletal frame for ease of removal or replacement, and for reducing or preventing egress of the printing medium into the environment.

In a coating apparatus (10), which coats an object to be coated with a viscous coating material while causing a moving part (40) to move a flat nozzle (20) that discharges the coating material, the nozzle (20) includes a cylinder (30) that applies predetermined pressing force F to the nozzle (20) towards the object to be coated. The cylinder (30) forms a gap (G) between the object to be coated and the nozzle (20) by moving the nozzle (20) in a direction away from the object to be coated to a position where discharge reaction force (R) is balanced with pressing force (F). The discharge reaction force (R) is generated when the nozzle (20) discharges the coating material to the object to be coated.

A method and apparatus for sealing a fastener element. A structure may be positioned over a seal cap that has been adhered and sealed to the fastener element. A number of projections associated with the structure may be moved along an interface formed between the seal cap and an object in which the fastener element has been installed such that the number of projections removes at least a portion of excess material around the seal cap while moving along the interface between the seal cap and the object.
