양파 탈피기 및 상기 양파 탈피기를 구성하는 양파 탈피 부재가 개시된다. 개시되는 양파 탈피기 및 상기 양파 탈피기를 구성하는 양파 탈피 부재에 의하면, 양파 탈피기가 양파 운반 컨베이어 부재, 양파 탈피 부재, 부산물 운반 컨베이어 부재 및 부산물 안내 부재를 포함함에 따라, 상기 양파 운반 컨베이어 부재를 따라 이송되는 양파로부터 분리된 껍질 등의 부산물이 상기 부산물 안내 부재를 따라 안내된 후 상기 부산물 운반 컨베이어 부재에 의해 외부로 배출될 수 있으므로,상기 부산물이 상기 부산물 운반 컨베이어 부재 등에 끼여 고장의 원인이 되는 현상이 해소될 수 있는 장점이 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for separating material, in particular waste material. Such material is normally in a co-mingled state and can consist of newspapers, cardboard, plastic bottles, glass, organic waste and other such items. According to the present invention there is provided a waste separation system for separating domestic waste comprising: means for introducing co-mingled domestic waste held in discrete bags onto a loading waste conveyor; a bag splitter into which the waste bags are conveyed and which directs a stream of waste onto; a kinetic separator comprising a generally horizontally reciprocating table which separates waste on the basis of variations in travelling response to a snatch action imparted to the table by the reciprocation, the table being formed with sloping portions which direct waste on the one hand to one or both side regions of the table and on the other hand to a distal end region of the table, a secondary waste exit means at a distal end of the table providing an exit for waste which travels the length of the table; primary waste exit means at one or both side regions of the table for waste which is directed to a side region of the table by virtue of the reciprocating motion thereof; a primary waste conveying means for transporting waste from the primary exit means of the table; a screen separator into which is conveyed primary waste, which separator comprises one or more vibrating screens for removing relatively fine debris from the primary waste, and conveying the remaining waste; an air drum separator which receives the remaining waste, which air drum separator is adapted to entrain articles of paper or sheet plastics into an air stream and direct the entrained paper or plastics articles to an air separator for separating paper from plastics; a picking station along which is conveyed un-entrained waste from the air drum separator, which picking station permits removal of glass and textiles from the waste stream; a magnetic separator which removes magnetic metallic material from the waste stream by magnetic attraction; an eddy current separator for separating plastics articles, magnetic metallic articles and non-magnetic metallic articles one from another.

The invention relates to a method for sorting carpet or similar pieces of material to material type and the like, wherein the method comprises the following steps of: placing pieces of carpet on a transport system; disentangling or separating the pieces of carpet on a transport system; fixing pieces of carpet individually to a guide system; recognizing the type of carpet during movement along the guide system; and releasing a piece of carpet into or onto a relevant location determined by the recognition.

Various sorting machines, intended to perform different sorting tasks, are connected to a sorting table (11, 11a) having the configuration of an arc of a circle and provided with sorting work stations. These are in particular a sorting plant (4) to separate tridimensional solid objects (33) from bidimensional objects, another plant (34) for separating mechanically textile products, ribbons, strings, etc., as well as a sortig plant (50) for separating mixed papers or the like, for example for separating heavier flat papers from spatially lighter papers.

La presente invención describe un contenedor inteligente que separa basura que cuenta con una compuerta frontal que se abre para realizar acciones de mantenimiento al equipo eléctrico y electrónico de sus componentes de una manera más eficiente. El contenedor inteligente que separa basura permite que el usuario interactúe con la invención por medio de una aplicación móvil o página web, con la finalidad de que al tirar basura que se puede reciclar o reutilizar, el usuario reciba un folio con alguna recompensa, que el usuario registra en la plataforma móvil o web, para posteriormente canjearlo. Contenedor inteligente que separa basura, cuenta con un sensor de imagen que analiza la imagen del objeto que va a ser desechado, para posteriormente mandar la señal al controlador electrónico de que compuerta abrir, y a su vez se mande la instrucción de proyectar la imagen del tipo de basura que es el objeto analizado, en la pantalla (8).

Various arrangements involving a single-stream sorting system are presented, such as for use in sorting a single stream of recyclable materials. The single-stream sorting system may include a platform for an operator to stand on. The single-stream sorting system may include a circular conveyor that rotates in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction to move the stream of items around the platform. The single-stream sorting system may include a plurality of item collector chutes arranged in a circular pattern around an outer circumference of the circular conveyor. The stream of items deposited on the conveyor is rotated around the circular platform and proximate to each item collector chute of the plurality of item collector chutes to allow items from the stream of items to be moved from the circular conveyor into the plurality of item collector chutes.

A method of providing a controlled batch of micrometer-sized or nanometer-sized coal material. This method includes the steps of: (a) specifying at least one desired physical and/or chemical parameter of the controlled batch of coal material; (b) specifying the desired range of the physical and/or chemical parameter in the controlled batch of coal material; (c) obtaining a feedstock batch of coal material; and (d) processing a feedstock batch of coal material to obtain the controlled batch of coal material having the at least one specified physical and/or chemical parameter in the specified range thereof. In a further step, the controlled batch of coal material can be activated.
