L'invention concerne un dispositif de filtration d'un flux d'air, pour boîtier d'entrée d'air (1) notamment pour véhicule automobile, le boîtier d'entrée d'air (1) délimitant au moins une entrée d'air destinée à être traversée par un flux d'air, ledit dispositif de filtration étant configuré pour être monté amovible dans le boîtier d'entrée d'air (1), et comprenant un filtre (11) configuré pour être traversé par le flux d'air, et à au moins une extrémité du filtre (11), un réceptacle (13) mobile entre une position fermée et une position ouverte définissant une ouverture pour recueillir des débris (21). Selon l'invention, le dispositif de filtration comporte en outre un moyen de maintien élastique (15) monté sur le réceptacle (13) et configuré pour solliciter le réceptacle (13) dans la position ouverte. L'invention concerne également un boîtier d'entrée d'air (1) et une installation de chauffage, ventilation et/ou climatisation correspondants.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Filterelement (10) zum Filtern eines Fluids. Das Filterelement (10) umfasst wenigstens einen Filterbalg (12) mit einer bestimmungsgemäßen Rohseite (52) und einer dieser gegenüberliegenden bestimmungsgemäßen Reinseite (50), aus einem Filtermedium (14), das entlang von Faltkanten (26) zickzackförmig zu Falten (34) gefaltet ist, die sich jeweils zwischen gegenüberliegenden Stirnkanten (22a, 22b) des Filterbalgs (12) erstrecken, und das jeweils auf gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten (18, 19) parallel zueinander verlaufende Stirnkantenflächen (20a, 20b) aufweist, sowie wenigstens einen Vorabscheider (30), der als ebene Matte ausgebildet und auf der Rohseite (52) des Filterbalgs (12) angeordnet ist. Dabei ist der Filterbalg (12) mit Kunststoff in Form eines Rahmens (28) umspritzt, so dass die Stirnkantenflächen (20a, 20b) abgedichtet sind. Weiter ist der Vorabscheider (30) mit an dem Rahmen (28) angeordneten Befestigungselementen (32) befestigt. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Filtersystem (100) mit einem solchen auswechselbaren Filterelement (10) sowie die Verwendung des Filtersystems (100) zur Luftfilterung, insbesondere zur Luftfilterung eine Brennkraftmaschine oder als Innenraumfilter eines Fahrzeugs.

L'invention concerne un boîtier de filtration destiné à alimenter un dispositif de soufflage de l'air selon une direction d'aspiration donnée (XX), formant un conduit d'air (5) et comportant un logement configuré pour positionner un filtre (6) à travers le conduit d'air, dans une position dite d'utilisation, ledit boîtier étant de plus configuré pour permettre un mouvement du filtre selon un sens de décalage dans la direction d'aspiration (XX) vers une position dite de remplacement, puis un glissement dudit filtre, entre la position de remplacement et une position extérieure au boîtier, selon une direction dont l'inclinaison par rapport à la direction d'aspiration (XX) est différente d'une inclinaison du filtre en position d'utilisation.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Innenraumfilter für eine Heizungs- oder Klimaanlage eines Kraftwagens, mit einer eine Mehrzahl von Halteelementen (24, 26) umfassenden Halteanordnung (20, 22), mittels welcher der Innenraumfilter (12, 14) an einem Gehäusebereich (32, 34) eines Gehäuses (10) der Heizungs- oder Klimaanlage positionierbar ist, wobei die Halteanordnung (20, 22) eine geometrische Verwechslungssicherung aufweist, mittels welcher der Innenraumf ilter verwechslungssicher im Gehäuse (10) der Heizungs- oder Klimaanlage aufnehmbar ist.

There is provided a filter device with a housing having an air delivery fan (1), preferably a fan having an axial air inlet (6) and a radial air outlet (7). An axially rotating fan and filter unit is located between the air inlet and air outlet. The filter unit is comprised of at least one filter element (3) with a front face and a back face. Adjacent filter element front and back faces are mutually spaced over at least a portion of their entire width and/or length such that air can pass unimpeded in an air channel formed between the adjacent front and back faces. Adjacent filter element front and back faces are preferably on different filter elements (4). Preferably, multiple filter elements are spaced in the radial direction around the axis of rotation and in the direction of rotation are mutually parallel. The fan and filter units are also provided with air moving means which can be air moving elements and/or air filter elements. The air moving elements are also preferably spaced in the radial direction around the axis of rotation and in the direction of rotation are mutually parallel. The optional air moving means establish the airflow with a general airflow direction at a given pressure head and volumetric flowrate. With the preferred centrifugal type radial fan the air is drawn in axially with the fan and filter unit axis of rotation and discharged radially outward. The air moving elements and/or filter elements are spaced from adjacent air moving elements and/or filter elements to allow the unimpeded passage of air between the air moving elements and/or filter elements. The air filter elements comprise an electret charged filter media.

The invention is about a vehicle air conditioning system wherein an air stream can flow axially along a stream direction (Z). The system has a filter held in a compartment (14) in a substantially transversal plan. The filter compartment (14) has an inlet opening and an outlet opening and is delimited by peripheral walls comprising a back wall, two lateral walls (22) and a front wall (24). The filter compartment (14) is provided with a removable service drawer (26) comprising a front panel (28), and an adjacent floor portion extending backwards from the front panel (28). When the service drawer (26) is closed the front panel (28) is adjacent the front wall (24) and, when opening the service drawer (26), a service opening opens in place of the front panel (28) and in place of the floor portion leaving for the filter (12) a passage allowing removal of the filter (12) along a removal direction inclined relative to the transversal plan.

A water separator reduces a water content of an air stream, which is used in an HVAC unit for a vehicle. The water separator includes a diverter wall and an adjacent wall spaced from the diverter wall to define an air passage. The diverter wall has a terminal end extending into the air passage for changing a direction of the air stream, to reduce the water content of the air stream. A filter assembly is disposed through a receiving slot in the diverter wall and is within, the air passage downstream of the terminal end.
