The present invention provides a composition containing a metal oxide, capable of being heated by microwaves, an inorganic composition such as a mortar composition, a concrete composition or the like, capable of being heated by microwaves, and an organic composition such as a paint or the like, capable of being heated by microwaves, prepared using the composition, and also provides an end-use, secondary processed product using the organic or inorganic composition. According to the present invention, the composition capable of being heated by microwaves has a crystal structure comprising Fe2O3, Fe3O4, FeO or a mixture thereof in a stable shape and has a diameter equal to or less than a certain size, and thus can be uniformly and rapidly heated by irradiating microwaves.
