Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung an einem Kohlefüllwagen zum Abheben von Deckeln aus Fülllochrahmen in der Ofendecke eines Koksofens und zum Reinigen der Fülllochrahmen. Zum grundsätzlichen Aufbau dieser Vorrichtung gehören ein Deckelabheber (3), der einen Tragarm (4) mit einem Hubmagnet (5) aufweist, ein Rahmenreiniger (6), der einen Tragarm (41) mit einem Reinigungskopf (7) aufweist, sowie Hubeinrichtungen (8, 8') zur Vertikalverstellung der Tragarme (4, 4'). Der Deckelabheber (3) und der Rahmenreiniger (6) sind jeweils mittels eines Fahrwerks (12, 12') zwischen einer Betriebsposition (A), in der der Hubmagnet (5) oder der Reinigungskopf (7) mit einem Füllloch (13) in der Ofendecke des Koksofens fluchtet, und einer von dem Füllloch beabstandeten Ruheposition (B) horizontal verfahrbar. Erfindungsgemäß weist das Fahrwerk (12, 12') einen auf Schienen (14) an der Unterseite des Kohlefüllwagens entlang einer ersten Achse horizontal verfahrbaren Fahrrahmen (15) und einen innerhalb des Fahrrahmens (15) angeordneten Tragrahmen (16) auf, wobei der Tragrahmen (16) entlang einer zweiten Achse quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Fahrrahmens (15) beweglich am Fahrrahmen geführt ist, und wobei an dem Tragrahmen die Hubeinrichtung (8,8') für den Deckelabheber (3) und/oder oder den Rahmenreiniger (6) angeordnet ist.

The invention relates to a device on a coal charging car for lifting covers from filling hole frames in the furnace roof of a coke furnace and for cleaning the filling hole frames. The basic design of the device comprises a cover lifter (3) having a supporting arm (4) with a lifting magnet (5), a frame cleaner (6) having a supporting arm (4') with a cleaning head (7), and lifting devices (8, 8') for vertically adjusting the supporting arms (4, 4'). The cover lifter (3) and the frame cleaner (6) can be horizontally displaced by means of a travelling gear (12, 12') between an operating position (A) in which the lifting magnet (5) or the cleaning head (7) is aligned with a filling hole (13) in the furnace roof of the coke furnace, and a rest position (B) spaced apart from the filling hole. The device according to the invention is characterized in that the travelling gear (12, 12') comprises a travelling frame (15) which can be horizontally displaced on tracks (14) on the underside of the coal charging car along a first axis and a supporting frame (16) arranged inside the travelling frame (15), said supporting frame (16) being movably guided on the travelling frame along a second axis at a right angle to the direction of movement of the travelling frame (15), and the lifting devices (8, 8') for the cover lifter (3) and/or the frame cleaner (6) being arranged on the supporting frame.

Process and device for loosening and removing soot and solid coatings on surfaces in enclosed spaces such as the flue gas side of a furnace or boiler. In the case of a furnace, covers and flue gas ducts (4) to the flue gas side are sealed to form a closed chamber, which is supplied with unpressurized steam. Characterizing the process is that the steam, before being introduced into the enclosed space, is saturated with a cleaning composition (14), which includes synthetic tensides, alkali, complexing agents, a corrosion inhibitor and environmentally safe solvents and solvent vehicles. The cleaning of the metal surface is done in one or more steps and is followed by a passivating step for the metal surface, whereby the surface is coated with a passivating agent which counteracts continued deposits on the metal surface. The device is characterized in that it comprises a vessel (15) for liquid cleaning composition (14), said vessel being connected via a line (13) to a reduction valve (11), through which water flows to a steam generating chamber (8), which includes means (9) for vapourizing the water in conjunction with said composition. The combined steam of water and composition is conducted via a steam line (7) to the enclosed space to be cleaned, e.g. the flue gas side of a furnace (1).
