摘要:
The present invention generally relates to methods of eliciting an immune response in an aquatic species subject. In particular, an immunomodulator composition is used to induce an immune response to enhance the subject's ability to fight pathogens.

The invention relates to recombinant yeasts of the Kluyveromyces lactis species for the production of a humoral immune response against defined antigens, to the production of said yeasts, and to the use thereof for protective vaccination against pathogens and malignant cells containing said antigens.
摘要:
The present invention provides recombinant herpesvirus of turkeys (HVT) vectors that contain and express antigens of avian pathogens, compositions comprising the recombinant HVT vectors, polyvalent vaccines comprising the recombinant HVT vectors and one or more wild type viruses or recombinant vectors. The present invention further provides methods of vaccination against a variety of avian pathogens and method of producing the recombinant HVT vectors.
摘要:
The present disclosure provides an immersion vaccine for fish comprising at least one isolated antigen, specifically a recombinant antigen, such as is F. psychrophilum and/or infectious pancreatic necrosis virus (IPNV).
摘要:
The present invention relates to the field of veterinary vaccines, in particular to that of vector vaccines for poultry based on recombinant nonpathogenic Marek's disease virus (npMDV). The recombinant npMDV of the invention expresses stably and effectively two heterologous genes each originating from a different micro-organism: the fusion protein gene from Newcastle disease virus, and the viral protein 2 gene from infectious bursal disease virus. A vaccine based on this recombinant npMDV can be used to induce in poultry a protective immune response not only against Marek's disease, but also against Newcastle disease and Infectious bursal disease. The invention also relates to methods and uses involving the recombinant npMDV, expression cassette, infected host cells, and vaccines.

The present invention discloses novel proteins, e.g., antigens, from Piscirickettsia salmonis. The present invention further discloses nucleic acids that encode these proteins. The present invention also discloses the use of the proteins, e.g., antigens, and nucleic acids to prepare vaccines against salmonid rickettsial septicemia (SRS). The present invention also discloses vaccines that can be used to protect fish from Piscirickettsia salmonis,as well as other pathogens. In addition, the present invention discloses methods of using the vaccines of the present invention to protect fish from SRS as well as from other pathogenic diseases.
摘要:
The present invention relates to compositions for inducing immune responses, including an antigen and a promiscuous T-cell epitope. Also provided are methods of inducing immune responses in hosts, comprising administering compositions comprising antigens and promiscuous T-cell epitopes to the host.
