Abstract:
A façade is formed on an upright supporting surface using a plurality of façade elements formed of plastic material having a flat rear side and a decorative front side protruding from the rear side. The flat rear side of the elements can be abutted directly against the upright supporting surface with the elements in spaced relation with one another and secured thereon using nails or adhesive. Grouting in the form of mortar repair or caulking can be used to fill the gaps between adjacent elements on the supporting surface to complete the appearance of a natural stone façade on a building wall.
Abstract:
The present invention consists in a nozzle for the efficient injection of viscous fluids into holes, cracks or groves through a mechanism preventing the draining outwardly of the volume to fill, which is obtained by incorporating to the injector's tip a screen with a central boring adjusted to the injector tip's surface, preferably of a semi-spherical form and of ferrous material, where said screen shows some freedom of movement levels with respect to the injector, thanks to screen's central boring being surrounded of magnets and having a semi-spherical profile that supplements the injector's tip.

Abstract:
A system and method for assembling wall panels (12) includes a plurality of PVC fastening extrusions (38) mountable to a wall in a predetermined parallel, spaced apart relationship, each having a length much greater than a length of a wall panel. The extrusions having two spaced apart resilient bent end securing walls (50) extending from a base (40), each securing wall having a projection (52). The wall panel having a main wall panel (16) and four bent end sections (18) with recesses (32) and corner openings (106). A bent end section is pressed into the spacing between the securing walls to cause deformation and snapping back thereof, whereby a projection engages in a respective recess. The wall panel may be slid along the parallel, spaced apart fastening extrusions to a desired position, wherein the corner openings permit the sliding action.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an attachment fitting (1) and to a grid support (2) of a modular fastening system for building facade panels (9). The attachment fitting (1) has at least one connecting element (4) that can be connected to a connecting receptacle, the shape of which corresponds to the connection element (4), on the rear side of the facade panel (9). The height (H) of the attachment fitting is smaller than the modular vertical grid (M) of the façade system, wherein the attachment fitting (1) can be brought into engagement with the grid support (2) in a form-fitting manner, which grid support (2) has a regular longitudinal grid. The invention makes it possible to replace traditional rail systems, which have to be manufactured in a project-specific manner, with a modular system of attachment fittings (1) which are positioned on standardized grid supports (2) without additional fastening elements. Any facade layouts can be realized, including mixed grids and panel blanks, without the need for prefabrication of elements for the facade substructure, in particular project-specific support rails. Material savings and quality and safety improvements at the construction site are achieved, and existing rail-length restrictions no longer apply. The risk for the builder is reduced, since no project-related prefabrication of rail systems and no additional delivery of specific individual parts are required.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A portion (10) of a rain screen, curtain wall facade assembly for a building. The assembly includes panels (11, 12), and a wall member (16) that attaches the panels (11, 12) to a building (13). The wall member (16) provides for vertical and horizontal relative movement (generally parallel to the building (13)) between, the panels (11, 12) and the wall member (16), while preventing horizontal relative movement (generally perpendicular to the building (13)) between, the panels (11, 12) and the building (13).
Abstract:
An improved apparatus for mounting first and second panels to a façade utilizing a base fixed to the façade. The base member mates with a fastener and holds a pair of supports outwardly from the base member. The first and second panels mount to the pair of supports and also hold a reveal strip located beneath a gap between the first and second panels.
