Die Erfindung schafft somit eine Führungsvorrichtung (3) zur Führung eines bewegbaren Maschinenelements (1), die auch bei Schwingungen des Maschinenbetts (4) eine exakte Positionierung des bewegbaren Maschinenelements (1) ermöglicht. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung eine Maschine mit einer solchen Führungsvorrichtung (3).
