    摘要: A pair of spherical gears connects the intersecting shafts of a CV-joint. One gear has internal teeth, and the other has external teeth. The gear design is based on pitch circles that are great circles on theoretical pitch spheres that are concentric and have identical radii. The internal teeth are either conically or spherically shaped, while the external tooth faces are cylindrical with tangential flat extensions. The spherical gears are shown on half-shafts. The preferred embodiments have six teeth on each gear, and one preferred embodiment also uses balls for the internal teeth. The gears, while rotating at high speeds under load, can intersect throughout a continuous maximum range of 60° or more in any direction.

Radial interference members are arranged between the hub and the outer body, the members being adapted to rotate with respect to their own radial axis and to perform a translational motion with respect to a longitudinal direction and to rotationally rigidly couple the outer body and the hub, in order to allow the transmission of motion between the shafts even when their respective rotation axes are not coaxial.

    摘要: The invention relates to a constant velocity universal joint comprising at least two and at most three mobile parts, an outer element (1) and an inner element (4). One of the two ends of the aforementioned outer element (1) comprises a cavity (3) which is connected to one of the ends of the inner element (4), said end taking the form of a rod or a shaft (2, 7). The other ends of the inner (4) and outer (1) elements are preferably in the form of a sphere (5) comprising a slot (6) which surrounds said sphere partially or fully and from which the shaft (7) extends. Said slot (6) is connected to at least one contact element (11) which is disposed at at least one opening (13) in the above-mentioned cavity (3) in the outer element (1). Moreover, the inner (4) and outer (1) elements remain connected by means of a cover (8) which is nested on and fixed to the outer element (1), thereby covering said at least one opening (13) fully and said sphere (5) in part above the mid-plane thereof. The cover (8) is fixed to the outer element (1) using screws (10) or any other available fixing element. In addition, the invention relates to the rotation transmission device using same.
