Abstract:
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Anwärmen von Coils (C, C'), welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass eine Stirnseite des Coils (C, C') auf die Flammenscheibe (3*) wenigstens eines Ringstrahlbrenners (3) derart ausgerichtet wird, dass das Coil (C, C') annähernd ausschließlich über Wärmestrahlung der Flammescheibe (3*) des Ringstrahlbrenners (3) erwärmt wird. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Ofenanlage zur Erwärmung von Coils (C, C').

A radiating heating module for a tunnel kiln for continuous-cycle firing of ceramic products such as tiles, slabs, bricks, sanitary appliances and the like, which advance on a roller plane located internally of the tunnel, in which tunnel the heating means are of a radiating type, characterised in that it comprises a pair of parallel radiant tubes, each comprising at an end thereof a free flame burner, combustion gases of which flow along the tube, and at an opposite end thereof a heat exchanger crossed by the combustion gases, the two radiant tubes being reciprocally orientated in an opposite direction so that the end of the tube of each pair comprising the burner is adjacent to the end of the other tube of the same pair comprising the heat exchanger, the comburent air conduit of the burner of a tube comprising the adjacent heat exchanger located at the end of the other tube.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fusion d'aluminium, dans lequel on introduit de l'aluminium solide dans un four (2), on réalise la fusion de l'aluminium, pour former un bain d'aluminium (4), on détecte les variations de concentration en monoxyde de carbone (CO) et/ou d'hydrogène (H2) et de la température dans les fumées (6) sortant du four, on en déduit la formation d'oxydes d'aluminium à la surface du bain d'aluminium (4), on régule le procédé de fusion en fonction de la formation d'oxydes d'aluminium. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif de détection et d'analyse des fumées sortant du four et un four de fusion d'aluminium comportant ledit dispositif de détection.

A radiant tube (1) for furnaces for heat-treating sheets and other products made of steel or other material is described, the radiant tube comprising at least one conduit (2) supported by a flange (6) fixed to a lateral wall of the furnace which lets the hot heating fluid into/out from the radiant tube (1), and at least one radiant tube back support (7) suitable to rest on a surface (81) of a furnace socket (8) fixed to another wall of the furnace.
