Abstract:
A system and method utilizing store fitting room information to develop targeted advertising and offers directed to customers whose information has been collected at least in part in the fitting room.
Abstract:
In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods are provided herein useful to communicating customized information about a product or service to customers based on the customers' values and preferences. In some embodiments, there is provided a system communicating sourcing stories about products or services to customers including: an electronic interface configured to receive input identifying a customer and input relating to a product or service; a first database communicatively coupled to the electronic interface, the first database containing data regarding the customer; a second database communicatively coupled to the electronic interface, the second database containing a plurality of sourcing stories about the product or service; and a control circuit operatively coupled to the electronic interface and the first and second databases, the control circuit configured to select one of the sourcing stories based on the customer data and to transmit the selected sourcing story to the customer.
Abstract:
Abstract:
According to one aspect, the subject matter described herein includes a system for performing secure mobile payment and non-payment transactions with integrated loyalty, rewards, and promotions. A mobile backend server (MBE) stores and maintains payment and non-payment account information for users, and presents a list of available payment and non-payment instruments to the user prior to the user's interaction with a merchant for shopping, item selection, or checkout. In response to detecting an interaction between the user and a merchant for shopping, item selection, or checkout, the MBE determines incentives that are available to the user, presents the available incentives to the user for selection prior to completion of a payment or non-payment transaction with the merchant, and determines which of the available incentives and payment instruments are selected by the user. The incentives and/or transaction amounts presented to the user are dynamically updated based on the user selection.
Abstract:
A system and method for controlling lighting in retail environments, specifically methods for optimizing the lighting to maximize sales of merchandise and to do so across multiple separately located retail spaces from a central location.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for managing loyalty applications in fuel dispensing environments are provided. At least one processor can execute a master mobile application comprising an interface for rendering content and/or accepting input. The master mobile application can be configured to communicate with one or more dispensing components to obtain parameters regarding product dispensing, display the parameters on a portion of the interface, and invoke a loyalty application for executing on another portion of the interface.
Abstract:
In various embodiments, the present invention is directed to a computer-implemented method for a track data point-of-sale platform. The computer-implemented method comprises receiving a transaction request by a processor configured to process point-of sale transactions. The transaction request comprises at least one parameter associated with a payment instrument configured for use in the point-of-sale transaction. The computer- implemented method further comprises identifying, by the processor, a transaction request type characterized by an identifier in at least one parameter associated with the payment instrument. The computer-implemented method further comprises processing, by the processor, the transaction request, according to the transaction request type. The computer-implemented method further comprises generating, by the processor, a response to the transaction request.
Abstract:
One or more consumers proximate to a kiosk can be detected. The kiosk can present a product advertisement associated with a product. The product can be a good or a service. Metrics associated with the consumers can be collected responsive to interacting with the product advertisement. The interaction can be a visual and aural interaction. The metrics can be analyzed to determine an impression associated with the consumers interacting with the product advertisement. The impression can be a rational descriptor and/or an emotional descriptor. The rational descriptor and/or emotional descriptor can be a computer readable value associated with a behavioral change of the consumers responsive to the interacting. A normalized content can be generated based on the impression associated with the consumer. The normalized content can adjust the product advertisement to improve the impression.
Abstract:
A customer engagement device (CED) may receive a payment token associated with a transaction from a point of sale (POS) system. The CED may retrieve transaction details associated with the transaction from a gateway. The CED may prompt a customer to provide payment information for the transaction and may collect payment information from the customer. The CED may provide the payment information and may obtain a transaction authorization from the gateway. The CED may inform the POS system regarding the transaction authorization.
Abstract:
A product management and sales system for managing product preparation and sales. The system includes a kitchen display and input device displaying a plurality of perishable food items to be produced and receiving a production indication signal indicating production of at least one of the plurality of perishable food items. The system further includes a digital menu board displaying the plurality of perishable food items available for sale, a sales counter terminal for completing a sale of at least one of the plurality of perishable food items and outputting a sold indication signal; and a controller receiving the sold indication signal. The controller compares the sold indication signal to a predetermined inventory level for the at least one perishable food item and outputs an item-to-be-produced signal to the kitchen display and input.
