Abstract:
A VR system for vehicles that may implement methods that address problems with vehicles in motion that may result in motion sickness for passengers. The VR system may provide virtual views that match visual cues with the physical motions that a passenger experiences. The VR system may provide immersive VR experiences by replacing the view of the real world with virtual environments. Active vehicle systems and/or vehicle control systems may be integrated with the VR system to provide physical effects with the virtual experiences. The virtual environments may be altered to accommodate a passenger upon determining that the passenger is prone to or is exhibiting signs of motion sickness.
Abstract:
Abstract:
Method and system for generating an interactive training scenario based on a recorded real time simulation. Recorded data corresponding to the real time simulation are received at a computing device of the system from a real time simulator. The recorded data are organized according to a simulation timeline. The recorded data are processed by the computing device to generate the interactive training scenario. The interactive training scenario comprises training data organized according to a training timeline, which is generated based on the simulation timeline. The system also includes a training device for executing the interactive training scenario according to the training timeline. The recorded data may comprise an action performed by a user interacting with the real time simulation, an event occurring during the real time simulation, a variation of a parameter during the real time simulation, etc.
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention relates to a simulation device (110) for training equipment (100) for a real ground vehicle, comprising - a vehicle model (115) comprising a predetermined number of function models (130b; 131b; 132b) for simulation of corresponding physical function elements (130a; 131a; 132a) of said vehicle; - arrangements (399) for engaging physical function elements (130a; 131a; 132a) to the simulation device (110). The simulation device (110) is arranged such that a function model (130b; 131 b; 132b) concerning a determined function element (130a; 131a, 132a) is intended to be deactivated at engagement of corresponding physical function elements (130a; 131a; 132a) and such that the deactivated function model (130a; 131b; 132b) is reactivated at disengagement of said engaged function element (130a; 131a; 132a). The invention also relates to a computer program and a computer program product comprising a program code (P) for a computer (110; 300).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a forest machinery or work machinery, especially to a forest machine simulator. The simulator of a forest machine aims to help the user of the simulator by adding visual cues to the simulated environment. The simulator may, for example, add a grid indicating a working area of the simulated forest machine so that the user can see the proper working area on the landscape.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a simulator, and more particularly, to a simulator in which two cylinders move in the left, right, forward, and backward directions, or in a combination of the left, right, forward and backward directions by the driving force of a single compressor having a small capacity to enable a user to enjoy a sports game, a combat game, or the like with a realistic feeling. As described above, the present invention has a simple configuration and enables a user to feel the graphical representation on a computer as if he/she is a part of the computer game representation, thus creating a new game culture.
Abstract:
The invention provides a computerized assessment system, as well as a method, that can be used for diagnosing driving skills in a driver of the class of vehicle drivers having impaired abilities. The system utilizes a) at least one prerecorded audio/visual training session capable of diagnosing the visual cognition, visual memory and visual recall abilities of a motor vehicle driver, where the training session comprises interactive driving simulations presented through four active visual zones; b) computerized means for digitally assessing driver actions in response to simulated driving situations presented by the interactive driving simulations; c) a database that records the driver actions; and d) a computer program capable of developing a diagnostic assessment of the visual cognition, visual memory and visual recall abilities of the driver.
