A conductor arrangement (100) for a circuit breaker interrupter, the conductor arrangement comprising: a tubular body conductor (102) comprising a first metal material, and an at least partly tubular contact conductor (104) comprising a second metal material; wherein a tubular end portion (108) of the tubular body conductor is mechanically and electrically joined with a tubular end portion (106) of the tubular contact conductor in an circumferential overlap region (110) formed by longitudinally press-fitting one of the tubular body conductor and the tubular contact conductor into the other one of the tubular body conductor and the tubular contact conductor, wherein the outer one of the tubular end portions of the tubular body conductor and the at least partly tubular contact conductor at the overlap region comprises copper and the inner one comprises aluminum.

A coil form (1) is injection moulded to form the base body of the relay. At least one fixed contact carrier (3,4), one contact-spring contact pin (5) and coil contact pins (9,10) embodied as wire sections in the form of drawn semi-finished products are introduced into the mould and extrusion-coated. The core (16) can also be embedded into the material of the coil form (1) if so desired. This dispenses with assembly processes involving the abrasion of plastic particles which can later become deposited on the contacts. All connector pieces can be mounted in a cost-effective manner in the injection mould, requiring as little material as possible by virtue of the fact that there is no wastage when the semi-finished wires are separated.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Schaltkontakt mit einem Kontaktträger (1) und einer Kontaktauflage (2), welche einen Kontaktwerkstoff (5) aufweist, sowie ein Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass zur Verbindung des Kontaktwerkstoffs (5) mit dem Kontaktträger (1) eine sinterfähige Schicht (6) zwischen dem Kontaktwerkstoff (5) und dem Kontaktträger (1) angeordnet ist.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kontaktstift für Hochspannungs-Leistungsschalter mit einem Mantel (5b) aus Kupfer, welcher am einen Ende durch eine Endwand (5a) aus Kupfer abgeschlossen ist, mit einem festen Kern (15), welcher von der Endwand (5a) ausgehend in dem Mantel (5b) steckt, ihn stützt und aus einem Material besteht, welches eine geringere Dichte als Kupfer hat, und mit einer Kontaktspitze (12), welche außen an der Endwand (5a) befestigt ist und aus einem Kupfer oder Silber enthaltenden Verbundwerkstoff besteht, welcher gegen die Einwirkung von Lichtbögen, welche beim Schalten des Hochspannungs-Leistungsschalters auftreten, widerstandsfähiger ist als Kupfer.

The invention relates to an electric power circuit breaker (1) comprising a connecting bar (10) against which an arcing horn (11) rests with an attaching limb (16). The connecting bar (10) extends through an opening (23) of a rear wall (3) of the housing (2). In order to connect the arcing horn (11) to the connecting bar (10), a projection (17) is provided on the attaching limb (16) of the arcing horn (11) and a recess (20) that accommodates the projection (17) is provided on the connecting bar (10). When inserting the connecting bar (10) with the arcing horn (11) resting thereon, the attaching limb (16) of the arcing horn is covered by a collar (24) mounted on the housing (2). The attaching means (27, 30) grasp a fillet (26) located on the underside of the connecting bar (10).

An improved relay terminal (26) comprises a single piece of sheet metal having an elongated portion bent along one or both elongated edges thereof to define a flanged connecting pin (40) and embossed to form a plurality of protuberances (44) in a body portion (48) for securing the terminal in an appropriate receptacle (60) formed in a relay base (10). The terminal (26) may also include a spring portion (26b) and a bearing portion (26a) for receiving force from a moving armature (22).
