Abstract:
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for receiving an input from an agent during a call with a caller where the input directs one or more processors to inject a recorded statement in the agent's voice into the call, and where the recorded statement in the agent's voice is stored in a computer-readable file. Obtaining the recorded statement in the agent's voice based on data associated with the input and in response to receiving the input. And causing the recorded statement in the agent's voice to be inserted into a media stream of the call.
Abstract:
An alarm service system and method using a mobile communication terminal are disclosed. The alarm service method includes the following steps. At the first step, alarm service information, including an alarm condition for alarm service, is set. At the second step, information, which is used to determine the alarm condition, is acquired from a corresponding external server. At the third step, whether the information acquired from the external server meets the alarm condition is determined. At the fourth step, an alarm service server notifies the mobile communication terminal of an alarm by transmitting a call to the mobile communication terminal using a calling Identification (ID) if it is determined that the information meets the alarm condition.
Abstract:
An automated telephone operator platform (e.g., an auto attendant) has a natural names library associated therewith. The natural names library comprises a large database of audio files representing common objects expected to be recognized by a telephone-based ASR application associated with or executing on the platform. Whenever the ASR application requires playback of an object file (e.g., a user's name associated with a mailbox), the system first determines whether the user has recorded a sample of his or her own voice. If so, the user's actual voice sample is output. If, however, the user's actual voice sample is not available or has not been recorded, the ASR application accesses the database to retrieve objects files from which it then builds an appropriate output string.
Abstract:
A system and a method for allowing the user to browse, select, personalize by way of intermixing and set audible recordings based on the user's current status, mood, experiences and emotions for a caller, a group of caller or all the callers or contacts.
Abstract:
In one implementation, a computer-implemented method includes determining a location of a mobile computing device using one or more of a plurality of data sources; communicating, by the mobile computing device, with another computing device as part of a two-way video chat session over a first network connection, the communicating including transmitting the location of the mobile computing device; displaying, as part of the two-way video chat session, real-time video from the other computing device; recording video using one or more cameras that are accessible to the mobile computing device; and transmitting, over a second network connection, the video to a remote storage system for persistent storage.
Abstract:
A method and system is disclosed for managing a plurality of simulated real¬ time conversations simultaneously with a plurality of callers. The disclosure includes personalizing a number of selectable audio responses associated with a call script in an agent-operator's own unique voice, interacting with a caller, and selecting an audio response for subsequent presentation to the caller, from the selectable audio responses when operating in the agent-operator assist mode. The call script includes a number of segments, including segments associated with the selectable audio responses. The interaction with the caller is selectable among an automated mode, an agent- operator assist mode, and an agent- operator mode.
Abstract:
A messaging service system, including a call component for receiving a voice call from a caller and transmitting call data associated with the call, the call data including caller identification (ID) data; and a subscription server for receiving the call data, causing the call component to send a subscription acceptance message to the caller, and storing the caller ID data in association with data representing a messaging service identified by the called number of the call data.
Abstract:
Systems and methods for managing a call between a contact, a conversation bot, and a human agent are disclosed. The method selects a conversation bot associated with a particular human agent from multiple conversation bots that are each associated with a different human agent. Each conversation bot can be a model trained using conversation data recorded during conversations conducted by the particular human agent with which it is associated. The method connects an audio call with a human contact, and generates audio during the call based upon a voice of the particular human agent. The method determines that a transition criterion is satisfied, and selects a selected human agent from amongst a plurality of available human agents. When the transition criterion is satisfied, the method enables a selected human agent to participate on the call, and continues the call between the selected human agent and the human contact.
Abstract:
A system and method for managing a hierarchy of a plurality of distributors over a computer network is disclosed. In one aspect the system includes a server in communication with at least one third party marketing server and at least one distributor database; and a plurality of distributor devices communicating over the computer network with the server, the plurality of distributor devices each operating a distributor mobile application, the distributor mobile application configured to determine a business value for each of the plurality of distributors based on the business information provided by the at least one third party marketing server, wherein the business value is updated on the at least one distributor database via the server over the computer network. The system allows for investment in the plurality of distributors by investors.
